I LIVE BY BRO SCIENCE

I EAT :donut: all day when im looking to carb up and :burger: for post workout protein. I got huge, put on 20 lbs. Unsure of the LBM, but my bench went up 5 lbs!!!!

Libido... absolutely through the roof! I mean i like sex and all but ive really wanted it lately and if you look at my browser history you may see a certain NSFW site showing up on a regular basis

Agression... too be honest I havent noticed a whole lot in this area and in all honestly me and my girl have fought less than usual so im not being agressive there. And i havent bashed anyones head in yet so... only a few weights

Mood... Mood has been pretty damn good... when i take this before lifting and before work I come to work all happy and giddy like a 17 year old before getting lucky on prom night

Concentration... Very good, very focused on the task at hand

Oily Skin... Not really to be honest however I have been noticed Backne and shoulder pimples

Strength... Has been very good. I continue to put weight on all my lifts every week... and normally I would start to plateau about next week on bench so we will see next week

Side Effects... I have no desire to take this with Jack3d again... i'm a self proclaimed stim junkie but that was way too much for me... The biggest side effect for me is fast heart rate and light headed... but im not gonna act like thats something new. I have done much higher doses of yohimbine and felt the same... its something I can live with. The only other side effect is i think it makes me have to poop hahahaha its like a colon cleanse. I always need to go to the bathroom 40-60 minutes after I take it... even if im cranking away at cardio hahaha

I have not experience headaches like other testers

Ok so i gotta be honest. When me and my girl havent had sex for awhile I can usually go once and then my ability to go again right away leaves something to be desired

To be honest my aggression may have increased... well now that you mention it I did start a new job landscaping and I find myself wanting to reem this kids a$$ who works on my crew cause he does a piss poor job and i dont want it to reflect on me... so that could be from aggression

honestly the natty t-boosters i've seen increase aggression the most would be dth, or universals animal test, animal stak, stacked together.

i'm still at the age though, that when i take natty t-boosters i need a little face wipey thing every hour or so....

Day 6
Not much to mention here... didnt do a workout this day as it was saturday but I was in a great mood!

Day 7
Ohhhh boy... lets hope this stack does some damage control as I am very afraid to step on the scale after yesterday Easter gorgefest. HAPPY EASTER GUYS!

Day 8

Well if you read to the dosing below you will notice that I took my blue up and blue gene separate today... and it wasn't on purpose. So last night I set my alarm to get up in time to go to the gym (EARLY) before work... well im a fxcktard and even though I set the alarm I DIDN'T TURN ON THE ALARM! Ha So needless to say I woke up too late to go to the gym but early enough to make it to work on time. Today was absolutely brutal at points without my Blue Up, caught myself yawning a lot and my mood just wasn't as good... which could have had to do with the weather (overcast). All in all I had a great workout but Ill be trying not to miss my workout before work again. Ive come to love morning workouts and they just don't feel the same in the evening anymore.

My juevo's feel bigger and to be honest my junk seems to be hanging better hahaha, longer when its limp than normal. (Rows did you slip enzyte into my bottle!!!! Hahha)

Alright fellas i have a question... im contemplating taking my Epistane.... im curious... would there be any benefit to having a test booster while on cycle... like lets say after i finish this stack i bridge over to a epistane cycle... would there be any benefit to getting another bottle of blue up?
 
As far as using it for a bridge, sure; PCT is even a yes for running it. However, I would not recommend running it while ON cycle. Just my $.02

Epistane is a steroid. Of course it will cut you up, but there are risks and measures to be aware of first.

If you're thinking about Epistane and Test Booster, one thing I did that worked pretty well for me to get lean and maintain most of my gains from Epi was to do a pulse.

I'd take Epi 3x a week, Mon, Wed, Fri, ran it for roughly 6 weeks, and would take a test booster in the offdays.

I did not need a SERM at the end, altough it's always nice to have, and I finished up with about 12lbs of muscle that I maintain, not much of wet gains and barely any fat in a somewhat dirty bulking process.

I peaked at 50mgs and maintained it for about 2 weeks. Worked really well for me and didn't cause as much of a shutdown as a straight up epi cycle would. Might be beneficial for you to read up on the pulse of epi if you're interested.

Thanks bla! That was actually the reason I posted. I was refering back to when i read the pulsing thread and i saw something about a test booster on off days. So i was thinking about bridging this and running another month of blue up on off days from a pulse... hows everyone else feel about this

I'm not quite sure I like the pulse method. Seems like if you're going to run a hormone, you need to keep it constant. If you run a straight cycle, you're gauranteed to see results. A pulse could be a hit or miss imo. I'm no expert by any means, and this is just my opinion (which means next to ****).:cheers:

Day 9

Alright guys I think I'm on to something here! I took my dose back down to 1 blue up in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I got the gym and proceeded to do my HIIT but instead of doing 30 sec sprint and 30 sec jog I did 15 sec sprint and 30 sec jog and that seemed to treat my heart much better.

I didn't feel like I was goin to die at all this time and the boost before lunch was a great way to get through the day

However, I think I am starting to notice aggression increased. We were doing Spring clean up today and I was bitching about everything haha. I think I was gonna kill the guy whos apt we passed cause he was a lazy fxck and didnt pick up any of his dog shxt and then I felt the same way about some lazy fxck who couldnt put his cig butts in a can and just through them all over off his patio. Like dude you live in an apartment, this isnt your lawn, treat it with respect you fxckbag.... douche nozzles

Like I said cardio treated me much better today with shorter length sprints. But all in all I did almost the same as if i did 30sec sprints but only 4 times

Still burned 300 calories...woot woot

C'mon bro. i live by bro science. Naw for real though i get curious about PH and steroids and do my research and i read a lot of people finding success off pulsing with less sides/shuttdown and an easy PCT

Completely understand, lol. From what I have seen it's a hit or miss with pulsing. Also depends on your diet and workout. If pulsing yields the same as a straight cycle, just over a longer period of time..... then why could that not be acheived w/o the hormone? That's what comes to mind when I think about pulsing.

true that, but you have to rememer, some people have low levels of testosterone and it is much harder to build muscle. So therefore pulsing could be beneficial to them!

I havent done a pulse yet, always ran straight thru. But plan on doing a pulse this summer.

Epi 3 days per week, Blue UP + Blue GENE on the other days with Sustain alpha for pct

Has anyone ever seen these guys that either JUICE or take PH and are not even buff at all? I'm talking like, they still look like a skinny sophmore in highschool despite the fact they are poping 3 Hdrol pills a day or epi or what have you. Has anyone seen this? Is this not :lame:or what? :tool:

I wonder what causes this? thin blood, low androgen receptors, or poor eating/training habbits? I heard someone say "if your gonna roid it, at least look like your on freaking steroids!"

Probably poor eating habits and an inexperience lifter.

Alot of guys I see will blow up on cycle but then get lazy after and lose their gains.

Or the people that say they've done tons of gear, and look great, yet has never posted one picture. Especially the ones that have been here for well over 4 years...

What I see the most as far as the pulsing goes is that you need to do a "dirty" bulk. Not dirty per say, just a lot of carbs and calories. But even though I ate a lot, pulsing epistane I still kept pretty lean while putting a lot of lbs.

So.... I decided even though im not done with my blue stack yet I would post some pictures...

A couple things to note. The first set of pictures was taken with a flash, the new ones were not. I realized that with the flash on my body wasnt coming out like it looks in person... dunno why thought. Anyways. Also you may notice my horrible tan line hahaha

Another thing to note... the first pics were taken on an empty stomach, the news ones are with a full days of food and over a gallon of water consumed.

Things I think are relevant. You can clearly see from the front that my widest point (love handle to love handle tip has decreased), from the side It looks as though my stomach went down a bit and maybe my back got a bit wider while my lower back fat may have decreased slightly. Any other observations from you guys? (expect my horrible tan from working outside lol)
 
I also noticed your neck lost a lot of the extra skin. Also looks like you've lost some fair amount of body fat without compromising any muscle, maybe even adding some depth on your triceps.

Good work man, keep it up.

Thanks brothas!! You guys always continue to motivate me! Its been several years since i was in the shape I prefer and I plan on getting back there and better! Ill post a pic in a sec what i used to have goin on. I agree with the tricep thing. I noticed that a bit too, and with losing fat on my chin it also looks to me like i may have gotten a bit bigger (probably from squats! hahaha yay heavy compounds)

My upper body definitely looks healthier to me from the front though. Gotta keep goin!

Just noticed this.... look at my arm position... its exactly the same (in relation to my tattoo) and look how much less back fat there is... :thumbsup:
 
Day 12

Well I decided to change it up today. Was getting sick of the same workouts. Anyways something I noticed. I havent worn my polo shirts for a couple years due to my love handles... well i put one on and it looked good but what i also noticed is my arms looked huge! I worked out at 6am and I went to walmart at like 6-7pm later that day, at least 12 hours later. Hard to believe I would still have a pump going on from the workout so it musta been from the blue stack. And then at the bar some woman asked me to stay by her while a fight was breaking out cause i was "muscular" ha so i must be doing something right!
