Recreate Let Down ????

I've run recreate b4 last spring trying to cut down for summer and the results I got were great. But this year I've been on it for 6 weeks and hardly no results. My diet is perfect and I'm killing my cardio. Whats gives??? Last year this stuff was wonderful thats why I ordered it again this year. Did the formula change or something??????

The caffeine content was lowered, but this was done to increase the proportionate amount of other, more important actives! It is possible there are other recent events, aside from diet, that are skewing your results: different supplementation, stress, school, work and so forth. Can you think of anything else which may be causing you to have such a disappointing experience, relative to last year?

That is definitely strange. As I say, the caffeine content was noticeably lowered, but; unless you are a "caffeine hyper-responder", your results should have been greater this year.

It is possible, I suppose, that this is an issue of relativity: the results are not as immediate and/or surprising as your first experience, and therefore shine less brightly.

It is definitely quite puzzling!

Strange.

Although no matter how good the product, if your body is fighting to hang on to that fat, more than likely it will win unless you try some more tweaking. Like your training, you have to change up your diet and keep your body guessing. I've been trying to get below 12.5% for ever. I still have another 20lbs of fat to lose, and my body is refusing to give it up.

I get a nice leaning effect from burners, like recreate, but its hard to get an effective change in composition while cutting.

even if you think your diet is perfect,.. are you hungry? maybe your amount of calories needed for basic maintenance and body function is lower than you think or lower than some calculator tells you, for me to get actually shredded and around 5-6% body fat, i had to be hungry all the time. I figure that when you have a low consistent diet your body's metabolism is gonna adjust fire, and slow itself down, especially if your really bustin ass in the gym

now, my metabolism is so slow that i pretty much have to go into starvation to get rid of any off my belly

so what is the caffeine content in each pill of recreate at now assuming I have the new lowered caffeine content version?

I guess I have to try something a little stronger???

To be honest; if you think you're dieting/training better than last year and seeing less results, I think you might be overlooking something outside of Recreate. Sounds like you were doing something differently before, or there's some variable not being controlled for. I would just lower the cals/increase the cardio a bit more, and be persistent. 6-packs don't happen overnight, as you know ;)

true that.
I'm trying extra hard but maybe there something I'm missing

I agree with steve...

Taking NO supplements whatsoever you should be still making BETTER progress than last year IF your training/diet are better. I guarantee 100% its something your overlooking.
