Recovery can't be measured by soreness alone. If you workout hard enough, no supplement is going to deny the onset of DOMS.

It's all good, I'm noticing more endurance right now than a strength increase but that's only because of my routine. When I start a new one I'll be sure to see if my strength starts to shoot up so I can start hittin some PR's too.![]()
Well, I've been at 2 caps the whole time so far, but I'm not quite sure if I want to stay at two or go up any. I have been seeing pretty good results in strength at two, so I think that I'll stay at two unless I feel like my strength is plateauing, I might bump it up to three. If I stay at 2 caps i'll probably just stop cold.

I bought two bottles so i'll try to ramp up from 2 to 4 and down to 2 again. I'll see what it does for me on my recomp.

*Notes- I didn't even notice how much stronger I was on DB military until I looked back to last weeks workout. Last week I got 65's x 3 and 70's x 2. Another thing I noticed about the DB Military was that it was easier to actually get the weight up on my shoulders and get that first rep up (usually the hardest). I think both the 70's x 5 and the 75's x 2 (+1 w/ help) are PR's for me. I also felt pretty good on leg press, but I don't have much written down on it in terms of where my PR's are for it, so I will see if I can do more weight next week. When I got to the leg presses, I noticed my stomach started to hurt. It may have been because I took my multi on an empty stomch, not sure. I was also really tired after I hit leg extensions (that last rest pause set took a lot out of me and I stumbled into the wall after that set). I noted that I was looking wider when I looked at myself in the mirror, but it could have been a difference in lighting as I was at a different gym than my school gym (my gf and I just got a membership at Ozark Fitness, so that I have a place to work out at over the summer because the University gym will be closed). I also noticed some good veinage in my shoulders, not due to being more vascular, but being leaner, I think. sry for the long note.
Libido- Normal to high. def not as high as the first week on Formex though. Maybe estrogen is suppressed too much?
Strength- Pretty Amazing.
Body Composition- Well, I think I'm getting leaner.. can't really tell what changes I have made unless I have something to compare them too, so I can't wait to compare before/after pics. My chest is also looking beastly this morning.
Vascularity- I had good vascularity for an hour or so after my workout last night.
Pump- meh
Mood- Decent to good.
Recovery- Well, I benched heavy on Wed, and and had great strength in my shoulders on sat, but that is 2 days rest, so you tell me.
Side-effects (acne, aggression)- A little irritation towards the gf. I have white heads popping up, but I've always had sensitive skin and my face actually looks pretty good compared to normal.

2:00- 2 cups 2% milk + 2 1/4 scoops of GAIN Max.
3:30- 9 Cheddar Cheese rice cakes
5:30- after waiting an hr for my gf to get ready, went to the gym.
7:00- 3 scoops Gatorade mix (~4 1/2 tbsp) in water
7:30- Big bowl of ?fajita soup? (dinner at gf's mom's) (had beans, chicken, cheese, added crackers, other crap)
9:00- Cinnamon Raisin bagel w/ cream cheese.
*Notes- Wrote down half of my diet yesterday and I had to remember the other half. I forget to write down when I take my fishoils, but i had 4 caps am and 4 caps pm. I could be taking in more cals for sure, but I am really poor at the moment and am low on food, so I am trying to get my food in with my weight gainer, food I eat at my gf's sorority house, and dinner over at my gf's mom's house lol. So, I'm being a big mooch right now, but I'm doing ok on cals.
It's going great so far. I tried a different method of dosing 3 caps and I was going to just stick with 2 but I tried the 2 caps about 2 hours pre-workout and found it to be the best. I might bump it to 4 to try that out even lol.

*Notes- Well, I was kind of pressed for time during this workout, so after Lat Pulldowns I really started to speed things up. I was feeling pretty good during my SLDL, but my form is what is keeping me from calling what I got a PR. I felt pretty good strength wise on most of my lifts, although I felt weaker on Rev close grip than I did last week, but it may have been less rest between sets and the fact that I didn't have a spot to try higher. Good workout overall.
Libido- Lower then expected, but maybe it's cuz it's that time of the month for my girl and I know I can't get any.
Strength- Eh, it was ok, I'll see if it is still on the rise for Chest day.

I noticed slight lower back pumps myself i couldn't do my SLDL's yesterday! but my leg pump was amazing! focus was up as well as hunger.
I certainly know how this is with Deadlifts. I hate to call it a PR unless I really have proper form. There has been a few times where I have doubted my form for my final max out number, so I've called my husband over to watch me do it one more time. He's good at being honest with me and having him as my audience really pushes me to do my best.![]()
It's been like this for a few days. Thankfully we have the option to turn it back to it's original light color.
Had a good workout today... err... yesterday. Studying my a** off for a genetics test tomorrow and will probably be up until the early a.m. I will make sure that I post an update as soon as I wake up from my post-test slumber... Wish me luck!
