picked up some jointment sport last night should be here in a few days!
Im gonna use animal flex in the morning with breakfast and jointment through out the day.

Will do boss. There is a renegade kettlebell instructor coming to do a class in State College. A few guys from AM are talking about going. You should come up. The cost is a canned good and it goes to support the hungry.

Different comp but just as fun. Maybe a little more manly. Im going to the State Penn for a powerlifting competition against the inmates. Ive been training almost since September for this.

Because we are lifting in a state prison we aren't allowed to bring in powders or supplements. Just our lifting gear. That means Ill be missing out on my intra aid during the competition. I will definitely miss it.

Good luck!!! (BTW... Dieting isn't for sissies, and I do train with a powerlifter twice a week... *LOL*)

Lol I know dieting isn't for sissies. Im going to start my recomp next week and really focus on my diet. I am hoping to drop some bodyfat this summer and gain a few lbs to get up to 220.

Looking to hit that 220, Im afraid to even think of a cut right now, bet if I got to 8% BF I'd look sick.

By the way, went to the tanning bed for the first time ever. Man that was an experience.

not bad. I missed 4/9 lifts but I was only 25lbs short of my goal. I got over ambitious and tried to squat 395. My knees buckled in and I couldn't get out of the hole so I missed it. I lost balance on my 405 deadlift attempt but I came back and pulled 415 easy. I should have gone higher but I was worried that if I missed it I would end up with a 385 dl when I know I can go much higher so I took it easy. Im not gonna even talk about bench. I definitely had a great experience though. I am aiming for next year!

Nice! Good on both accounts there man. I like how you didn't get your head messed up by the bad pull and still went with what you knew you could pull for a good over all.

Yeah I lost my balance and my heels came off the floor so they flagged it even tho I made it the whole way up. I really do wish I went for 430 or 440 because 415 was way too easy.

True. The next one will probably be in the fall so I have some time to train. Right now Im moving into a higher rep scheme and looking to fill out my weak points. Animal Pump here I come!
 
Inarius great job on the lifts, sucks to hear about the Red Lights though! Dead, when is your show?
