primordial 1-t: 6 weeks (once) or 4 weeks (twice)

such a loser yo

posted this on bb.com, figured i might have better luck here:

all- i'm just about 3 weeks (@ 4 pumps/day) into a 1-t cycle. i am debating whether to stop at 4 weeks, or to open up my 2nd bottle and begin dosing at 5 pumps/day and going to 6 weeks.

original plan was 1 bottle for 4 weeks, but i haven't seen any major gains yet, and i'm thinking of extending.

or would it be better to save bottle 2 for end of summer? i have enough pct supplies for either/or.

routine details:
I'm using it for recomp, so it's tough to define gains in the physical sense. I've definitely made improvements, but not nearly as much as I did years ago while on a similar 1-test cycle.

You could call it a success in that I've leaned out while gaining some strength, but it's nothing drastic.

My weekly routine is 5 days lift/2 days pick-up basketball. and on 3 of the lift days, I do 20 min heavy cardio in the a.m.

My diet is somewhat clean (and repetitive), with calorie intake on the lighter side (pretty similar to what i've done on past recomps).

Don't know what level of quality your 1-test is. I have not used 1-test in a while, but I never gained much weight with it. I leaned out just like you are saying, and after a few cycles got pretty ripped (i am very lean naturally though). I did, however, gain like 25% in a very short period of time on all my lifts on my first 1-test cycle, and pretty good strength gains on subsequent cycles. The needle on the scale never changed though!

I love 1-test. It worked best for me by doing several cycles, 4 to 6 on, 4 to 6 off. IMHO, any longer than 5 or 6 weeks and it seems like you get shut down completely, and the compound really isn't strong enough to continue to deliver the gains you got in the early part of the cycle. So, going off with proper PCT, then restarting seemed to work very well for me. If you access to a good PH that converted to test (like 4-diol or whatever they make these days) to bring into a stack after 4 weeks of the 1T then you could keep the gains going. I did this a few times before 4-diol went bye bye and got very good gains on a longer cycle.

I think you should extend this to 6 weeks for best effects/results. I also agree with increasing to 5 pumps/day. Just out of curiousity, what is your height/weight? Also, how are you applying the applications, and how long between application and your next shower? Most people begin to see the weight and strength come on during week 3. Our Invalid Link Removed should work well for a recomp as long as your diet is tuned in that way.

Let me know if you have any more questions. I'd be happy to help you out.

Thanks for the color. I'm 5'9" & 180. I typically apply around 10pm, right after a shower, then put an underarmour on when I go to bed around midnight (not sure if it's overboard, but I don't want to get any on my sheets).

Today is exactly 3 weeks, so it seems like a good time to bump up to 5 pumps.

That sounds good to me. Let me know how the rest of this cycle treats you.

You usually start to see results from 1-AD and 1-T after the 3rd week, and the best length for the cycle was from 6 to 8 weeks, if i remember it right...

So yeah i would go for 6 weeks.
