Hey guys, I wanted to get some input and some help on dosing instructions and some advise to get my 6-pack back by End of May ( goin to Vegas baby!)
First about me. Im 5'8 161 lbs in the morning. Im guessing Im around 12-13% BF. Im toned but not ripped and my stomach still has a little pooch in the lower abs.
My supps = Pro-Complex shake, Micronized Creatine, Twin Labs CLA fuel, Powerfull and AP. I drink a shake with 1 teaspoon of creatine in the morning about 7am. Take 1 pill of powerfull at 8am. 1 AP at 12pm, 2 powerfull at 4 pm. Another shake with creatine at 6pm before kickboxing or weights. 1 AP around 9 and then 2 more powerull arouind 10. Is this dosing ok? How do I incorporate Recreate with this?
My workouts consist of 2 weight days and 3 days boxing & kickboxing. The workouts alone in the kickboxing class is pretty hard core for cardio ( mind you this is not cardio kickboxing, its Muay Thai)
My goal is to pretty much gain lean n ripped muscles and lose my body fat while increasing strength.
So, first off....would taking powerfull, Ap, recreate and CLA be ok? How would I dose these. And how can I get my 6 pack in a little less than 2 months. Thanks in advance guys.
