And just a side note. I got a pump in my shoulder today from shaving. Not like I was doing anything but shaving but there it was. So the over all feelings are positive. I'm feeling strong, tighter and have these random pumps that will last for a period.
Tomorrow evening is shoulders and legs so I'll report back then with any new developments. I may test the waters with some heavier DB presses. We'll see. Last week went fairly easy so I may feel froggy.
Then Sunday begins my last 2 weeks at H-drol at 100mg/day. I'm interested to see if there is any difference or noticeable feelings.
That and I hope that the T-911 and Anadraulic State are at Nutra in time for my PCT to start in 2-ish weeks. I hope so.
The last two weeks at 100mg should have you feeling invincible, especially with the MMV2.
My lethargy kicked up when I went to 125 - 150mg... Just so you have that to look forward to.![]()

What was your attack to avoid this sleepy issue?
I would like to stay up until 10 maybe to watch the second game on saturday. Luckily the first one starts at 6 so I know I'll at least see that one.
I'm not sold on DHEA... but carbs helped for sure.
God I hope the lethargy stays away when you go to 100....this is impressive M. I want to see what 306 looks like if pics are a possibility!!(no homo) I am 6' at about 206 right now(little recomp). I could not imagine another 100 lbs on my frame!!
Sounds like you are in the sweet spot now M!! Make sure the food and rest are in order...there is no doubt the w/o is getting done!!
Do you spread the MMV2 doses out on non w/o days? Not sure if that might help with the lethargy on those days..
Good to see you still pushing hard in this log brother! I found the mmv2 did help with the lethargy. Also helped increase the pre workout rage!! haha
it does help before the work outs big time. But the over all lethargic feelings that I am having are brutal. I don't notice any pick me up from the 2 MMV2 that I take daily but when it is doubled up pre w/o its right there.
We'll see how it goes for the last 2 weeks.

I haven't been on any type of stims because I know they are frowned upon while on. I'll have the occassional cup of coffee but that is way down from my old coffee habit. I did have a cup last week after dinner and it did nothing to me. I was asleep again on the couch before 9.
So I think I am going to have to stick it out and just suck up the sack time. It is tough feeling tired all the time. The drive in to work has been interesting sometimes. A bit of nodding off as I drive. Not a good thing. Windows down from here on!
Ok, so stims are out. I know you had your doubts on DHEA G but, I got a great boost from PP's Dermacrine (basically transdermal DHEA). Just another thought
A bit of cardio always helps my lethargy. Sucks to have to do when on cycle, but I feel better afterwards. Two days a week might help keep some of the lethargy at bay.

I do a bit of a warm up that doesn't really count as cardio. I was thinking of working in cardio on my off days though. A little biking. Watch some TV and bike at home. We'll see. Anything to avoid cardio!
I go the strict diet route myself G...cardio friggin blows!!
I wish I had the kind of body that would allow for that... I don't think I am gonna give cardio up again ever, even on a bulk. I just feel a lot healthier when I do my cardio.
A former member of the "Wake and Bake" club myself M. You could do a 15 minute slow cardio session after your weights. Probably not on leg days but, after the others would be possible. The theory is that you just burned up the glycogen lifting so the cardio uses your fat for energy. Just thinking aloud again...
