Tricep Rope Pushdown : 60x4, 70x4, 85x3, 60x4

I'm so ****ing pissed. I hit 3 personal records today, but I'm not happy. I went into the gym feeling stimmed like a bat out of hell, kinda twittering. Warmed up on bench, and then it was all down hill. Every set created a headache, and I wanted someone to shoot me in the head. I'm still a little sick, and I beleive I'm a little bitch when it comes to caffeine and yohimbe. I should be happy I hit 3 personal records, but I just want this headache to subside. I super dosed grape seed, celery seed, hawthorne berry, and fish oil to see if maybe I can get past this. My rep ranges were low because my headache would flare up the more I strained. I feel like I wasted this day.... ****!!!!!!!!:rippedhand:
 
My headache has been taken care of for the most part. So now that I can think, I will explain how I think the products are treating me. My strength has been steadily increasing even though I've been sick, so I'm really happy so far in that aspect. I'm still trying to figure out the dosing time for Blue Up. I think I'll just do as Renegade instructed and take it in the morning. I was hoping to use the stim complex to my advantage in the gym, but I'm a little bitch appearantly. I've put a pound on in this week, which means I'll have to step up the food consumption a little to meet my 5 pound goal. I'm still happy with a pound though because I have been sick the last 4-5 days. I thought I was going to weigh under 160 today. Libido is HIGH!

Thanks! I think i should increase my water intake as well. Now that I think of it, I did not get much water in today, and on top of being sick I'm sure it = dumb**** lol.

Taking 1 pill of Blue Up so far has worked great. Also increased water and fish oil. Took a nap with stuffed nose, and awake now with it clear. Maybe the worste is behind me! Lets get this on!

I did it again.... Warmed up with wide grip chins and after 3 my head was pounding. I did a little bit of rows, but left early. It was hard to drive home! I want someone to kick me in the head please!!! I think I'm getting exertion headaches... Hopefully it's nothing more serious.
 
Any tips or advice on how to get rid of this bullshit would be appreciated. Should I rest a few days or is there something else that can be done?
 
Sorry about the headaches bro, I know that can be killer. If you haven't upped your water intake way up you could try that.

I've been reading around. Seems like a very good chance of being an exertion headache. I seemed fine yesterday during bench until i struggled hard on my 6th rep of 195. I had a pain shoot through my neck and head. My neck has been stiff and my head hurts when lifting. Looks like I'll be out of the gym for a few days. I will be stretching my neck everyday. On the flip side, I did hit another pr today on the only exercise I did, lol. Cable Rows I got 220x4.
 
Ive had the same thing happen to me, time off was the only thing that helped:rant: A buddy of mine had this happen recently also and his doc told him to take at least 1 month off from lifting(also gave him a script for pain meds)

Yeah I hope not too! The pain was at the base of my scull and so was my buddy's, he actually had to be taken to the ER for it! They thought it may be a ruptured blood vessel so they did a bunch of tests and $hit, it has the potential to be very dangerous so be careful with this!

I have thought this over. I do not want to let Renegade or CL down, especially after being given this kickass opportunity to show what this stack can do.... Sooo.... Being only 8 days in, I think I'm going to stop the log for now and take a week or so off. When I feel these headaches have subsided, I will start the log back up as if it were day 1, and run a 22 day log. I will assess how 1 week has treated me thus far, so in a sense this will be like 2 mini logs.

I must have missed the EPISTANE run. I decided to go the all natural route. Im sorry about your headaches man, come back quick!

My headaches are from a struggled bench rep. I don't beleive it has anything to do with the stack at all. I'm almost normal again! Get ready for my return!

My epi cycle went great! Gained 14.5 pounds and right now I've kept 13 of those pounds.
 
I will be hitting the gym today to test the waters. If things go well I will be getting base numbers today, tomorrow, and friday. Sorry for the roadblock in this log.

Hell Yeahhh!!!! I'm back! I did mostly chest/tri, but continued with full body because I missed the gym so much. No headache! I will begin logging again monday.

Only really got base with presses, but I'm sure monday will be fine to get back/bicep assesment.

BB Bench - 95x8, 135x8, 175x4, 185x4, 205x2, 195x3
DB Incline Bench - 65x6, 70x5

I'm so ****ing excited..... like a damn school girl!!!
