You can never go wrong with the basics. Yeah they are not as flashy and don't promise 7 lbs in 7 days however over time the basics will keep ya gaining.
And they keep those little nagging injuries from over taking you. You can't make solid gains when you are hurt or sick all the time.

I take my @ night before I sleep good bad I do not know but it seems to make all my joints feel great when I wake up and love that feeling

Correct me if im wrong but i think you wnat to take an efa during a meal with no carbs. i usually take mine with casein shake right before bed.
