Several times in the last few days I couldnt access the site... Page not found errors and today posting and PMs have taken awhile to load...?
 
Ha its been killing me! Im house sitting at a friends and unemployed... I have nothing else to do but sit on AM and i couldnt even access it! hahaha

earlier today I was having trouble rep people... it was taking FOREVER
 
I was gona make this thread like 2 days ago...but never did lol. I was figuring there was just alot of maintenance going on.

Me too, I thought I was the only one. Very frustrating at times. I can't even open my pm's!!!
 
Same here... sucks!
Hopefully, it was just the Admin running scans for the dirty little Worm that will spread tomorrow.
 
On that note, I'm am scared **** of this virus they're talkin' about. Anyone else? I mean I don't know if I should even go on the net for a few days!!

HA! - You aint kiddin! I just got finished fighting with a freakin virus/trojan problem about 2 weeks ago, it crashed the sh@t out of my pc, and I run uptodate antivirus,spybot, blocker, etc.

Im not looking forward to the next few days either.

You need to run FixDwndp. Run a search for it; make sure it's from a trusted site. It will remove the worm if it is indeed stored away somewhere on your computer. Even if you don't sign on for a few days, if it's ON your PC, the second that it (your computer) gets a connection to the net... Bam!

EDIT: If you have passwords stored on your computer, you may want to delete them. Also, I'm not shopping online until it's under control. You never know, it could be ON Nutra's servers... food for thought. (Nutra was just an example; any E-Merchant can be affected by this)

Good advice, sounds like you know what your talking about, I think I will give it a try and see what happens :)

You never know when theres a ghost in the machine ;)

Should be fixed now. I found an issue with one of the servers that runs AM (there are several servers involved here for those that didn't know). Since it was only on one, that's why it was only affecting some of you, some of the time.

Around what time, do you remember? I was doing some more maintenance last night but the total time the board was not accessible was probably something like 10 seconds.

no i dont remember. Next time it happens I will write it down, and file an official police report. Being denied from AM is a crime in 47 states you know...and the other ones are communist so.. :laugh::type:
