Some questions for a The one cycle !

I read some of the other threads about this. But i would like for some of the more experienced members to look over this. I been thinking about doing a cycle. I'm turning 21 the end of this year.
Background i've been training for almost 7yrs. But i've been at a plateau for the past 2-3yrs. I pretty much fluctuated between 5'7 155-165 for the past few years. give or take a few lbs of fat.

Should i start off with 2 caps/day for the first week then up to 3 caps/day or should i just start off with 3 caps, because i only weigh around 160ish.

And during cycle i'll add about 1g of milk thistle a day. Along with my staples multi (adams), fish/coconut oil, digestive enzymes.

Pct would be 2nd gear along with igf-2.

I attached a pic of where im at now. the 2nd one is from over a yr ago. Should i hold off on a cycle till later on ?

that is a personal choice and up to you. If you think iti s suitable take proper precautions and go ahead. if not, then hold off and stay natural a bit longer.
 
Didn't say you couldn't take a multi.
Said to not take ADAM.
Because of the Saw Palmetto content, it will interfere with gains.

Any product containing Saw Palmetto should not be taken during a The One cycle.

Because of your age AND weight, then I would recommend that you hold off doing a cycle of The ONE (and any other hormonal product, for that matter). And quickly echoing about NOT using anything with Saw Palmetto in, since it can inhibit gains.

If you're only currently 160lb, then you can do a LOT NATURALLY. You mentioned that you've been training for 7 years; that would put you at 13-14 years old when you started training, and generally those that young do NOT train properly until they are older, because they are just learning and have no real idea of what they are doing (unless they have a coach/trainer who is knowledgeable in this area). If you have been at a plateau for the last 2-3 years, then you're NOT doing something right. Get your DIET right. EATING ENOUGH would be the key factor. As well as training. Remember to change your programme every 4-6 weeks, so that you continue to get adaption. Recovery is also important.

If you wanted to run anything, then 2nd GEAR and IGF-2 would make a great stack. Even doing Drive and IGF-2. Or Drive/IGF-2/Activate Xtreme. Stick to the natural stacks and see what you can do from there.
