Creatine??? Can't decide...

First post.

It's between SizeON tabs or powder with xtend. Or Creapure with xtend. If you could help me out a little that would be great. And is their much of a difference between the tabs and powder? I know the tabs don't have carbs i think?
 
The SizeOn powder made me super bloated, i mean way more than with regular creatine mono. I would stick to reg creatine mono if I were you, along with the extend. Its WAY cheaper and gets the job done. my 2 cents...

p.s.-tried the sizeon pills too, they didn't work imo
 
Ya while i like size-on, creapure and xtend is a nice cheap and effective combo.
 
Did you notice a difference between SizeON and Creapure in gains? And does it matter if the creapure is in capsules not powder?

It is really nice in terms of the extra carbs and add ons, but for me that was more of performance increases. The gains in muscle come down more to diet + training
 
i take ampliefied creatine tabs and cell tech and thats one tab and one powder and they seem to make a nice combo for me idk much about SizeOn but idk thats my opionon

Thanks man! I think I'm gonna take creapure and xtend during. Is their a difference between the pills and powder for absorption? And I've heard two different times to take creatine. Some one said and hour before so its in you system while you workout and another person said after because you absorb it better. Have you heard anything on this?

Caps or powder shouldn't matter as long as its creapure. I usually take mine either pre or post it shouldn't matter a whole bunch necessarily.

couldnt agree more, creatine will up your performance, which in turn will increase muscle mass with a good diet.

I just spent 100$ on size on and I could have gotten the same from creapure, just my .02
 
lots of debate on this, If you want to have the creatine work faster then go ahead and load, but 5g a day over 3 weeks or so will= a loading phase as well. Some feel its a marketing gimmick for the companies to get us to use more product. Personally I have the best results with creatine when I load it.

again some people say u have to others say no. I would just cause of the whole theory of " do you want to be on creatine forever"?
Id load, it will kick in faster, and Id use it for 2-3 months off then 1 off/repeat.

its all personal preference really.

Ive used it a ton of times so ask away

Ya I go 10-12 weeks on then take 2-4 off. I know a lot of people don't but I like it better when I do.
 
like steveo said.. thats the best creatine there is in my opinion, but mono creapure is right behind it.

Did Steveoph really say Creatine Gluconate was the best?
 
no I wrote that incorrectly, what I meant was like he mentioned " the creatine gluconate"
then I wrote its the best in my opinion, oh and by the way the best in most peoples opinion.

Thx for pointing that out, after I wrote it I knew it sounded a tad off.

His post was a bit unclear, but I think it is two complete thoughts; he agreed with my sentiments, then stated he felt Creatine Gluconate is the best. I personally don't pick one creatine to be the best as people respond differently, and there is always new products that hold potential. One example being Trinitine.

Anyone notice any benefit from taking more than 5g? I've read a lot in magazines that they suggest, for example, a 200+lb person should consume 9-10 grams a day. I know that info in a lot of the magazines can be bogus, but its mention quiet a bit without pushing a particular product.
