Did you notice a difference between SizeON and Creapure in gains? And does it matter if the creapure is in capsules not powder?

Thanks man! I think I'm gonna take creapure and xtend during. Is their a difference between the pills and powder for absorption? And I've heard two different times to take creatine. Some one said and hour before so its in you system while you workout and another person said after because you absorb it better. Have you heard anything on this?

Is their a need to load? or is 5g a day fine?
lots of debate on this, If you want to have the creatine work faster then go ahead and load, but 5g a day over 3 weeks or so will= a loading phase as well. Some feel its a marketing gimmick for the companies to get us to use more product. Personally I have the best results with creatine when I load it.

Did Steveoph really say Creatine Gluconate was the best?
His post was a bit unclear, but I think it is two complete thoughts; he agreed with my sentiments, then stated he felt Creatine Gluconate is the best. I personally don't pick one creatine to be the best as people respond differently, and there is always new products that hold potential. One example being Trinitine.
