there's a lot to be said for being under stress. When the formestane finally kicks in, you're libido and gym motivation are going to be top notch again.

Mine are torn up right now also...They're pretty much perpetually sore.
I break my Hams and Quads into separate workouts, so one of them is always sore...Splitting them into different workouts really allows you to focus on growth/hypertrophy in a single workout. I much prefer it to an entire Leg day.
So do you have two leg sessions a week? Or quads one week, hams the next?
Two. Tuesday is Quads/Delts and Friday is Chest/Hams.
UPDATE: I've been really thirsty this morning. I have had like 4 glasses of water in the past 20 minutes. I did eat some fast food last night (sodium) and did drink a few beers, so that could be it, but I'm not quite sure

Solid advice, Cel. I agree, and yes, I know this to be fact through use of AI's and inadequate water intake.. I learned my lesson, though.I drink about 1.25-1.5 gallons of water per day, especially when I'm taking an AI. Formestane is a pretty potent AI (relative to the other ones that are otc). Let your water get too low, and you could probably end up with headaches. Although I've never had that happen with form, it has happened when I skimped on water with other AIs.
I also split my hams and quads into 2 seperate workouts. But, my legs always looked pretty solid and seem to respond to whatever I decide to do... so maybe my advice isn't worth all that much if you're trying to bring yours up.

OFF DAY- The gym at school is usually open on Sundays, but it was closed yesterday due to it being spring break.
*Notes- No workout, so I'm going to hit back and tri's hard today.

Mood- My mood was good yesterday and is good today, although it might be because I aced my human genetics paper that I had no idea what I was doing when I wrote it.
Recovery- n/a. No soreness from previous lifting days.
Side-effects (acne, aggression)- none. except for libido being TOO high. Can't decide if this is a side effect yet.

This was a very bad day diet wise considering it was pretty much non-existent. I didn't eat until about 3 pm due to being up with my ex until 5 am that morning.
I had a footlong chicken, bacon, ranch sub from subway and an oatmeal raison cookie. Later that night I had some chicken and cheese nachos and then I had a homemade protein shake with 2 scoops protein, 6 tbsp of eggwhites, 2 tbsp PB, 2 tbsp canola oil. I dosed my two Formex before bed at around 12:00 am. My sleep last night was bad, but I think it was due to loud ass drunk mother fuc*ers that wouldn't shut up, and not the Formex.
*Notes- I'm making up for yesterday's shitty diet today.
Side Effect of Formex: Doing exceptionally well on homework assignments and other school work that you have no idea what you're doing on.

Dude calc 2 is a beast, I barely made it out of that class alive. I didn't need to take I was just interested and I got the same teacher that I had for calc 1. I was just happy to get my B and to never have another class like that one again....

I HATE math.
Yeah, I thought I was gonna have to drop the class after I got a 53 on my first test, but I didn't have the book at that time either cause I was too poor to buy it. But the last test I took I thought I aced, and if I don't come out with at least an A, if not 100%, i'll be very disappointed. Anyway, after calc 2 i'm done with math, which I am indifferent about cause I like it.

Physics wasn't too bad for me, the class was geared towards my major (Physical Therapy) so it made it more interesting. But ya, I'm really not a fan of English either lol.

Yeah, I'm a Chemistry major and that's usually how it goes, you either love physics and hate chemistry or love chemistry and hate physics and I'm the latter. And NO ONE likes to write 5-10 page papers.
Yeah it sucks. I get sooo lazy when I have so few hrs. (12 this semester) compared to when I went to class everyday last semester with 17 hrs and got a 3.58 gpa... I need to get a job to take up some of my time
I took International Relations a few semesters ago for an elective and I had a 20 page semester project on a country of our choice... good thing I didn't start it until 2 weeks of the due date :scared:

A few semesters ago I had this retarted "technical writing" class where we had to right an official proposition to the university about one thing that we thought they could improve upon. It had to be more than 15 pages and you had to do all this other bs work. I also started late as usual, luckily my teacher graded real easy and I got by w/ a B. And then the next semester they dropped that class from my major requirements, figures...

UPDATE: I finally checked my weight today, and I seem to be up 2 lbs from where I THINK I started the log at. Keep in mind I said THINK. I definitely feel my strength going up as I beat out last weeks bench today. I guess I will post up a week 1 update tomorrow instead of giving a boring update of my OFF day yesterday. Anyway, I just finished off half a pizza as my first post workout meal and I need to eat again... I'm thinking maybe pancakes for some odd reason.

Man, I need all the help I can get trying to gain weight. I've still got a pretty fast metabolism. But if it counts for anything, the pizza was garlic chicken from a restaurant emulating foods from San-Fran, so it couldn't have been too bad. And I never ended up eating any pancakes, but if I did, they would have been protein pancakes![]()
Make all shakes that you drink with milk and 50g protein. This will help for sure![]()
