BSN getting sued

anyone heard of this. some guy working at a nutrition shop told me they are getting sued and the lawsuit was filed because they weren't putting what the label said they were putting into their products.

I guess if your sponsoring the ufc, and got Ronnie Coleman, and your brand is well marketed and popular, people will buy your product regardless.

this might be old news you are hearing. right around when they made their label change the suit came up. now instead of the CEM3 technology they have some AVPT technology. lying on the label by the way is nothing new. I don't agree with it, but its nothing new

Well the avpt is actually the same as the old products ingredients as far as I been told. Its just the ingredients are changed to other names and the dosing are changed as well. I don't dislike BSN but I agree if companies cannot follow up on their claims or come close to their labels then yes they need to be sued. For example lets take a person who wants to lose weight and is allergic to green tea (for example) and a label just says caffiene 150 mg and does not list under what "types" of caffiene it is and the person ends up in the hospital then I believe the company is at fault.
