Guys,
Trying to keep and build up muscle is part of my psyche and I'll be doing it until the day I die. But sometimes I have wondered if we're not all a little crazy? This link really got me to thinking:

A lot of my weight lifting friends have struggled with health issues. Of course, it's hard to know whether or not it was due to the bodybuilding lifestyle or not.
But, anyway, I'd like to get your feedback as to whether or not you think us testosterone-males tend to go to extremes and this might cause us issues? Have any of you backed off a little for your long term health for example?
