Help!! I'm new...

Ok, well I'll start by saying that I am definitely not a bodybuilder and I have no plans on becoming one. So props to all of you who have the discipline to do so! I am really just looking for a way to lose about 15 extra pounds I've put on at school. (I'm 5'3, about 135lbs...used to hang pretty steady at 120lbs which is what I'd like to get back to)

I started taking Venom Hyperdrive about 2 years ago, on and off. The last few months I've noticed that my body has probably gotten used to it so it's pretty ineffective now (even with off-cycling). I am working out usually 5 days a week and I eat descent. I've been "creeping" around on the boards and I've seen a lot of positive talk about stacking DCP/Levithan Reloaded. In my haste to "get skinny" I've already ordered both and I'm waiting for them to get here...but now I'm reconsidering. Should I only do one at a time? And should I start with DCP since it's non-stim? I know this sounds horrible, but I don't really care if I lose a lot of muscle mass. I'm just really confused so if any one has any advice, I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks for your time...

i would not reccomend taking both. Before anyone gives you advice on any type of supp, we are gonna want to know your diet, how you train, etc. Very important stuff.

Well I don't know if you've ever checked but I figured I would pull up a BMI (Body Mass Index), calculator and then copy and paste it here to let you know where you stand. Not trying to be a smartazz. But heres what it shows. I think you are in pretty dang good shape but then again I'm a guy and you ladys are all different. LOL:laugh:

The information you provided gives a BMI of 23.9. Your BMI is exactly within the recommended range* of 18.5 to 24.9. This range is considered to be that most conducive to good health. Try to keep your weight in this range and get plenty of exercise, eat a nutritious diet and get adequate sleep to maintain your health.

* Your category is based on federal guidelines for healthy weight.

You are underweight if you weigh 106 pounds or less and your BMI is less than 18.5.
You are the right weight for your height if you weigh between 107 and 140 pounds and your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9.
You are overweight if you weigh between 141 and 168 pounds and your BMI is between 25 and 29.9.
You are obese if you weigh 169 pounds or more and your BMI is 30 or greater.

Hope this helps you a little bit and lets you see that you really don't need to lose weight by federal guidelines for healthy weight. LOL:type:

I agree with DED a little bit. But I think you might be a little young to run supps like that. Not trying to offend you but just what I'm thinking.

Honestly, if you have been taking Venom Hyperdrive for 2 years, you are very stimulant insensitive. Before you start taking ANY stim, you should really build up your sensitivity You won't see many results if you don't take a break for a while.

I'd suggest taking a couple of months off of stims and fat burners and getting your diet in check. Diet is going to help you lose fat more than anything. Taking something like Reset-AD will help you overcome your adrenal fatigue. After your sensitivity is built back up taking a good fat burner will do you some real good.

Even though you don't care about losing muscle, you should remember that the more muscle you do have the easier it will be for you to lose fat.

lol lol, hey i live there like once or twice a year, when im not staying in, eat lots of beef , brown rice and chicken land!

i would also recommend taking time off of fat burners so you dont get one and start taking it and it has no effect on your body so take a break get diet inline, and lift heavy you burn more calories when working out to feed your muscles and more muscle you have the more easier it is to lose fat cause your muscles are trying to be fed by the fat for energy, i hope i said that right, so eat clean, train hard, get around7-8 hours of sleep and you will see results judge by the mirror not the scale
