I am not a fan of "mega dosing" fish oils however some bigger guys do use 2 packs per day. I do 2 packs per day sometimes but I wouldn't consider that mega dosing.
I have been taking 10-12 fish oil capsules per day instead of the normal 6 per day and i can say say that i have noticed i look much leaner than normal. I started doing this about 3-4 weeks ago and am seeing more definition in my back and abs which are the spots that normally dont have as much definition. It could possibly believe my better dieting but i believe this may have something to do do with it because i never get as much definition as i have now. I would just say buy some fish oil and take it throughout the days after you take your animal packs and see whats happens.
