First time Clen user

should the doses be spread out or takin in one shot and also how long does it take to kick in. i should take it like 30min to an hour before workout? i goto the gym at 12:45 pm
 
i already went thru pct. i did 4 weeks epi w/ support supps and 4 weeks torm with support supps . ive been off pct for almost 2 weeks. ive been research alot and have found alot of info but none that answer my few questions. thanks

that sounds better.....couldn't tell from your OP though. GL, and yes, drop the pre-workout stims if you choose to start clen. Might sound soft, but it is better to be safe.

I personally took my daily dose an hour - 30 minutes before every workout or an hour - 30 minutes after I woke up on a resting day. It seemed to work just fine like this.. My workouts were a little shaky :lol:
 
alright! thanks for the answers, now im getting somewhere.
so this is what it looks like im gonna do...
week 1 - start at 20mcg and pyramid up to 100mcg ( or ramp up till the sides hit me)
week 2 - pyramid down from 100mcg to 20 mcg ( again deapending on what dosage the sides hit me.)
week 3-4 off ( maybe ephedrine)
week 5-6 same as weeks 1-2.
all doses takin 1/2 to one hour before workout.
non workout days clen will be taking in the morning.



i also plan to use taurine, multi vitamin, and some heart supps.
how much taurine should i use.
also would anyone recommend running maybe yohimbe or CLA along with clen?

total perfect research chem dosing protocol is (for first time you open a bottle)

day 1 10mcg in morning
day 2 20mcg morning, 10mcg nite
day 3- add another 10mcg each morning and nite till you get noticeable sides of any kind, when you do, stay at that dose 2 more days
day 14 regardless of details, stop taking the clen
weeks 3-4 benadryl before bed, 100mg
day 1 start at the split dose of 10mcg lower morning + nite than whereever you hit sides, but regardless no more than 70mcg (40 morning, 30 that nite)
day 2+ add another 10mcg each morning and nite till you get noticeable sides of any kind, when you do, stay at that dose 2 more days
day 14 stop

dont bother pyramiding down, and dont worry about going too high so long a there are no sides (which includes checking resting pulse + bp). Resting pulse shouldn't ever be above 90 :D

Bump

I should be starting my first clen cycle the first of June. A few of questions. Won't taking any amount at night affect my sleep?Also, should I start the taurine when I start the cycle?

Here is my daily schedule:

Wake at 3:00am, at the gym at 3:30. Weight train for forty five minutes followed by 45 minutes of cardio. Home to shower then work from 6:30 to usually about 7:00pm. In bed by 10:00. Rinse and repeat. The sleep may not appear to be enough but I have functioned on about five hours for years. Family obligations also weigh into that.

I have read numerous post that suggest my cardio may be affected by the clen. Any way to combat this? My cardio of choice is only the elliptical machine. Aslo it's been suggested that one stop using per-workout drinks. Agree?

I appreciate any info you or anyone else can give on the subject.

due to the half life, if taking a night dose effects your sleep, taking it at all would. I've found that jitters are lower with the split dosing. Probably best to start the taurine right away. As far as its effect on cardio, just keep an eye on your heart rate. That is the same reason for dropping preworkouts, heartrate and blood pressure
 
Stimless

Yeah, it gives me great mental focus though.....not to mention the arginine and creatine pumps.

I wonder if anybody makes a "stimulant-free" superpump or noxplode.

NO synthesize is the exact formula as NO shotgun, minus the stimulant properties... I used Clen for 2 weeks and am on the 2 off phase. I continued using Jack3d, but dropped dose to half a scoop to 1 scoop just to reduce stims... Once I hit my big dose phase of clen, I used only NO Synthesize just to keep stims to a min... I dropped 6 lbs, which is awsome cause I purposely didnt change anything in my training/diet as an experiment to see how well I would react to clen...This next go around Im def upping cardio/dropping calories....

Interesting...You dont neet to Ramp Down on Clen...I feel Its Just A Waste...go strong for 14 days, stop and pop benadryl or Ketotifen for the next couple of days....Just my 2 cents Enjoy Ever think about t3?
