Pushing Dormant Fibers to the Max(Epistane 4wk log)

that should say 10:30am.... I'm following a dosing protocol from neoborn's thread....

So, lets say someone is following a 30/40/50/60 (completely illustrative and does NOT serve as a "recommendation" by me):

Your first week's dosing would see:
4:00am - 1 cap / 10:00am - 1 cap / 4:00pm - 1 cap

Your second week's dosing would see:
4:00am - 2 caps / 10:00am - 1 cap / 4:00pm - 1 cap

I like to take my last dose around 4-4:30pm so that i can take my milk thistle at night before bed1

ok that looks fine. I just dosed as evenly as possible. 30mg = every 8 hours. 40mg = every 6 hours. I was dosing my last pill around 9-10 pm and to be honest sleep never could have been better lol.
 
what do you guys think is the max epi dose you could get away with? im still tempted to re add the dienelone prohormone tren to it but I dont like the way it messes with a guys mind, im kind of high strung as it is, I read somewhere people going 60mg, seems overkill for me, also I found in week 2 acne really kicked in on me with the epi. you getting any acne dormant? or have you felt any improvements in mood? i swear once you do you will love epi, I love it just for how good it makes you feel, that snese of well being as oppesed to kill em all.

Workout Comments:
Got in the gym at 5am this morning, after warm up got started to do my legs did my workout a little different today sets of 15,12,10 and 15 reps compared to 3x10, finish all of my sets and felt extra strength in the end the only exception was lunges but i raised the weight there, I also used a spin bike in between sets to keep blood flowing in my legs. got a really good sweat this time. Overall my w/o lasted 1.5 hours and i did not have time for my cool down cardio.


Cycle Comments:
I'll keep the same protocol mentioned yesterday till the end of this week, yesterday for the first time i started to have a sense of well being and was getting anxious to get back in the gym to train, I'm also was feeling a good pump through out the day primarily on my chest and arms, maybe its a sign this is starting to kick in. Libido is good, I've been waking up with morning wood in the last 2 days and pretty happy about that! ;)

Tomorrow I have to work late so to save energy I will skip my workout, Friday I will work half day I'll try to w/o in the afternoon but this weekend I'll be getting some serious workouts.

Today I found a really nice w/o tracking excel sheet i plan to adopt, starting next week I will track my lifts much better :thumbsup:
 
I like to use higher reps with my legs, esp squats. My legs respond much better to higher rep sets!! Kinda like a cardio workout also!!!
 
nothing but protein powder and creatine , every other supplement is a waste of money. btw careful you will get negged for cluttering up these guys thread , or standing up for yourself when they rip on you.

same here, leg workouts are my favorite i tend to do more reps per set up to 20 and I will do more sets while tapering down the weight specially on leg presses, usually i break out and sweat when doing them leg presses.

What kind of rest period are you taking between sets? 90 min seems like a long workout.

I was not checking my rest periods today but they were longer than usual... today i was doing pullups and writing the spin bike in between sets, plus on leg days i'll do more reps per set and more sets as well... 90min is a long time i need to cut that down so that i can get my cardio done!

you don't need to go away just do a search first and then try again, all members are welcome just have to learn the rules first

I used to skip legs workout a few months ago, in a couple of instances I was catching some bug and really got hell of sick after my leg workouts, then i stopped for a while and when i got back in to the routine, man it hurt to the point i could barely walk... now its my favorite workout day :thumbsup:

i have probly the worst genetics when it comes to legs. Everyone in my family has skinny legs!

I did not make it to the gym today, i knew i had to work very late and so i decided to skip it since i was going to have an extra long day anyway.


Cycle Comments:
Not much to report here, it seems running at 30mg a day is not doing the trick, i'll be bumping this to 40mg over the weekend we shall see and wait for better results.

I made to the gym today but not for high intensity training, last night i did not get enough rest and my diet was off, instead of weight training i did cardio for an hour and did my pullups 2x5 as part of the pullups challenge when all was done I checked in for some tanning, steam room and the sauna, I got a really good sweat while in there and i'm felling pretty good right now.


Cycle Comments:
Same as yesterday, i'm following the same protocol and waiting for this to kick in, libido is all good otherwise not feeling any sides.
 
what is this pull up challenge i keep hearing about?
 
on the last day you need to do 100 but its not consequentially you can take rest periods say 5x20 or 4x25..... or if you can do them w/o rest periods more power to ya! So, are you in?

bro I would love to do it but I have a mild tendinitis in my left shoulder and I think that in the last days I would aggravate the problem but I wish you the best of luck in that routine

with your shoulder tendinitis this may not be good for ya! how do you get your other workouts done? do you workout shoulders at all?

Epi has not kicked in yet so today i grabbed some supps that i will be stacking in this cycle, Anabolic Pump and P-Slin, both are still closed and i was planning to save them for PCT but i want this to kick in at any cost ;) i'll decide in the morning which one to run

I told you before how it kicked in around the third week for me,.. I should add that my cycle was 30/40/40/50!!! Now, I'm a bit heavier than you, so I don't know if that would matter. Just wanted to make that clear to ya!!!

thanks B, i do think my weight is playing a factor here, I'm doing 20/30/40/40 here and this is the start of my 3rd week, I was thinking of kicking another notch by adding anabolic pump along with this since thus far I've feel little to no effect yet, I'm ready to get big :thumbsup:
 
I think you're gonna like 40 a day!!! I've never used AP, but I've heard fabulous things about it. I prefer to keep my cycles just the ph/ps and protein powder, and I use the goodies in pct. That's just me though!!

that's why I left orals, when they kick they are ruining our health, so only injects nowadays

nunes, you have a very good point there... orals are more harsh on your system with less results than injects, that being said I wanted to try this epi and I'm by no means ready for injects, at least not w/o a good coach sort of speak.

yeah brother you should try orals to see how they work with you , unfortunately in my case is a waste of time, some of us don't respond very well to orals, my first oral cycle was with d-bol , my liver enzymes went through the roof and my test suppressed but the results were very week .
with injects the results are good , quicker and safer so nowadays I do 6 week on with short esters injects and 8 weeks off , I`m actually in my second cycle with this protocol and I like it.
In your case you probably will fell the epi next week but if I was you I wouldn't go further than 4 weeks

This is the start of my 3rd week and it seems that strength is moving up, my libido has been through the roof recently, I'm also starting to feel some pain on my joints (knees and elbows) I currently take 9mg of fish oil, 3 with breakfast, 3 with lunch and 3 before bed, I'll be taking 4 each time to see if that helps.

speaking of stoopid scales. I bought one at target. Guess im obese since the last time i checked...........cause it said i was 30-36% body fat. It changed everytime i stepped on it. They r garbage!
