the thing about heart rate is mine is already 70 beats per min..which is od because im in great cardiovascular shape and my blood pressure is borderline low also im so confused

This can be possible corrected with proper nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Make sure that your electrolytes are ok.

Possibilities

not enough magnesium
too much zinc
see if copper makes a difference

Looks like when dealing with T3 it would be a good idea to have good magnessium pills near by, just in case.

the only other issue i had which i forgot to post was lymes disease.i was diagnosed with it about 4 years ago then retested after antibiotics and came back negitive.then got reinfected to years ago and retested and now negative again.

i have a strange question..most friday nights i have a couple beers(not the best thing to be doing with all my issues)the following morning my waking body temp is usually is higher then when i dont drink....and if i get drunk and have a few shots then my temp is even higher the day.for example my temp has been around 95.9 to 96.2 all week upon waking.(also been getting around 5 hrs sleep due to work)last night i had a couple beers and a few shots and it was 97.6 this morning.

im not worried or anything about this just found it interesting as i thought it drinking would have the opposite effect.and belive it or not with the exception of a little groggyness i usually fell better the day after i drink.more energy better mood ect..let me know what you guys think

It relaxes you increases gaba which is neurotransmitter inhibitor, it also increases your estrogen levels to increase dopamine, serotonin. No wonder why people feels so good drinking.

i also noticed while im drunk my temp is low..only the day after its up ...and also after i excersise weight lift or cardio my temp also drops.i dont no if this means anything but im just curious ansd no im not obsessing over it just seeing how my temp reacts to different things

Temps dropping after excersise is bad adrenals. Your Cortisol is getting too low when excersising due to weak adrenals. Low T3 is hard on the adrenals.

That is a really good idea. Im going to start testing my temps before and after exercise.

hey guys i also was wondering.i dont sleep well most of the time i wake up a couple times in the middle of the night what do you think about trying out
5-htp.

the only thing i dont like is i read if u dont react well to it it could cause arrythmias and increased heart rate.

i for some have a slight mitral valve prolapse and get palpatations from time to time would it be a bad idea for me.

also my heart rate is high for the amount of excersise and cardio i do.its around 70 beats per min.but i have great stamina and can run miles and hold a conversation,i would have assumed i should be around 50 per min

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

little update....my body temp seems to be rising slowly ive been bettween 97.2-97.4 this whole week apon waking .when out drinking fri and sat (i know not the best to do when trying to get better)waking temps 97.8 both days ..... libido is getting better and starting to have constant morning erections and the feeel stronger.... i still dont really get spontaneous ones durning the day ..my temps are still not stable if i excersise it drops 1degree or more some times.and their are points during the day if i check it i drop .5 or so.ive also been sleeping much better only woke up in the middle of the night once .on one or two days this week

i havent changed anything still eating a better diet and trying ot to stress over anything and it seems to be working great.i only just strted this week taking a better multi vit.im currently not on any other supps or medication

if temps return to normal and stay stable does one assume that thyroid is back to normal or would i still need blood test to confirm .thanks guys

I wonder if charliebizz still around and what happened to his Low T and T3 problem. If he got a chance to resolve this naturally or used AndroGel.

I think he went to androgel.
When handling a case for people wanting to go the natural route I give them 4-6 months. If they are not going to get balanced by then they need to take it to the next step with medical intervention.
