How Long for HCG to Work?

I am 55 y/o and have been on TRT using T cyp for 9 months. I started adding 250iu of HCG eod about a month ago. I don't feel any better yet, and I don't think the testes are gaining any size. How long do you think it will take to start working?

I am injecting twice every week for a total of 100mg a week.
