OK first of all let me start by saying that i cannot diet!! Period. My mum buys too much junk and also the good food is fed at the worst time like 10:00pm at night.
I need to cut up. I am 94 kilos, about 14 - 15% Bodyfat(i have a bit of a stomach). I can bulk real easily. My torso grows fast except my arms grow last which is annoying.
I have tried thinking of a way to diet six meals well sort of meals a day, while keeping the meals lean whit protien. So i figured it out. My protien shake. Instead of eating food ill just have my shakes and drink water. Spread out throughout the day it will look like this:
10:00am - Shake + Multivitamin
12:30pm - Shake
3:00pm - Shake
5:00pm(Pre workout) - Shake
7:00pm(Immediately post workout) - Shake
9:30(Before bed) - Shake
Now in total all shakes equal up to a days consumption of:
1026 Calories
6.6g Fat
51.6g Carbs
183g Protein
Now i know what your all saying. You cant do that you need proper food and what not so first of all i want to ask these questions:
1. Will it work
2. What are the risks
3. What are the benifits
My workout will be as so:
Mon - Full Body + 20mins cardio
Tues - 30mins Cardio
Wed - Full Body + 20mins cardio
Thur - 30 mins Cardio
Fri - Full Body + 20mins cardio
Sat - Off or Cardio
Sun - Off or Cardio
