First off, Cell Mass is not the best choice of creatine because is does not contain the CEM3 that they claim. This is the reason why BSN is facing many lawsuits.

Then again, recent articles say that there is no CEM3 but it is just plain creatine mono. So again it is for you to decide after reading the information available, but in my opinion there are more products out there that are more effective and not going through lawsuits, for now containing what they say. You minght want to look into Size-on by Gaspari, or Green Magnitude by controlled labs, I've used both products and was happy with the results.
Secondly, No matter how much companies say that their creatine does not cause water weight, just the method in which creatine works, water weight is added. So it now how to stop water weight from happening but how to get rid of it as it come. I would recommend adding on cardio twice a week at least, to help cut the water weight. Furthermore, if you are looking to bulk, the added cardio is only going to hinder your weight gain, so I would strongly recommend upping the calories, to compensate for the calories your burned. Again these calories need to be good calories, if you are looking for a minimal fat bulk.
Hope this helps
