Megadosing Prime

What's the optimal dosage for someone who has enough Prime where he can afford to megadose it...8..? 9pills/day? 12??

Is the more the better, or is there a level where more doesnt do much?

Also, is dosing more on workout days beneficial or pointless? For example.. dosing 6 pills on non-workout days and 9 on workout days..

OR just run 9 pills all the time?
 
I'm wondering the same thing. I'm running 6 a day 6 days on 1 off a week. But i'm cutting right now. I'm gonna be starting a bulk in a few weeks and wondering if going up to 9 would have any benefits.
 
My personal experiences with PRIME are that dosing higher didn't really benefit me at all.
I found that instead of dosing high and running for 8 weeks with the 5 on 2 off i ran it 6 caps daily continuous for 12 weeks and got better results.
This is my personal experience and so could be different to others.

Running higher on workout days could be of benefit. I wouldn't personally go above 9 caps daily though.

what the hell? Is it possible it's kicking in this fast?

I will dose 6caps everyday, and after 4-5 weeks I will add in bulk nettle root 95% and 6-oxo

My strength is up already, and I noticed earlier in the day I've been feeling just very good despite having to work overtime+++ and other stuff.. I should be in a terrible mood but I'm in a very upbeat mood, libido is up quite a bit also but I haven't heard many people talk about this effect..

I will keep posting my experiences with it, maybe I will start a log.

Oh btw, the most notable thing about my workout was endurance... ! I am going to have to start upping the weight for next workout :)

Strength increase and recovery where the first things i noticed on PRIME. Mood elevation and Libido (very good) was next. Then a bodyshape change came the longer i used it.

It does kick in very early for some, I have noticed however that with these hyper responders there is a tendancy for earlier burn out. Make sure your getting lots of rest and don't increase your frequency of volume just your intensity...
 
9 is definitely better than 6 but I didn't feel too much different on 12.

I like it. No need for the 6-OXO in my opinion though.

I agree. If Divanil is your choice, I believe AX's MassFX contains Nettle Extract, with a more competent AI than 6-OXO. I have never particularly been a fan of strong AIs. ER-Alphas [estrogen receptor alphas] are potent regulators of the PI3K/Akt Insulin-dependent glucose pathway.

English translation: depressing Estrogen too much will also down-regulate genes that regulate the expression of its receptors; this can then have negative effects on the way your body utilizes glucose. IMO, the potential transient increases in Testosterone are not worth the negatives associated with depressing Estrogen!
 
I first used 2/2/2 then went to 3/3/3 which was alot better then went as high up as 14 a day on days leading up to a powerlifting meet. For me I ran 12 for one week with great gains.

All these posts show that each and everyone is different when it comes to any supplementation and so once you find your sweetspot go with it. :)

Sometimes a little experimenting is good to get the best out of any supplements.
 
Mostly from what I've read...is 9 is better than 6, but 12 is just too expensive, and not too much greater than 9
 
As i have stated before, most users see EXCELLENT results with 2/2/2. The only change i usually recommend is that advanced users dose 7 days per week as opposed to 5 days on/2 days off.

I am gonna be HYOOGE by the time I finish my 12 week cycle... jesus chrissst :)

Btw my bench is now 270lbs (thats not including the bar weight itself) but its not an olympic bar so add 10lbs.. so i am really doing 285lbs. Keep in mind I do partial reps, half way down, very slow, and up as fast as I can.. I am pumped as hell right now, this is the heaviest I've ever benched, my pecs are pumped++ I know some ppl will talk crap about partial reps but for me HEAVY++ = better than lighter weight and 100% proper form.. I don't grow with lighter weight, it's only when I kept adding weight that I went from 140 to 160+.. I will always do the heaviest weight I can handle as a rule.

I am so happy right now :) I am gonna be at LEAST 175 by the time summer hits.. **** I've added 3lbs already since I've started prime a week ago and I havent even been trying to gain weight! Imagine when I kick my diet and training up a notch. :DDDDD


BTW: I could not even LIFT this weight off the bar at all, not even a bit! and Now im doing 12 partial reps with it and it feels light once I get it up I swear to god! I have 2 bottles of havoc and a bottle of h-drol... I don't think Ill even be using these.. PRIME is extremely impressive.

Yes I am very against partials on bench... there is no way you can properly work your chest without using close to full range of motion. I have a feeling that your form on full range was not good.

Here is the progession you should take and you will grow much more over the long haul and be much stronger on the bench. Learn how to do bench close to full range with your chest elevated by pushing your shoulders back and down, there should be a small gap between you and the bench at the lower back, heels on the floor and pulled back. This is the best position to work your chest. By performing this motion you will strengthen your chest and eventually be able to push more weight. You will find that the heavy weight will come as you get stronger.

It's not that my form was bad, it's that I can't lift that heavy since I don't have a spotter
