post WO was 1 piece of wheat bread, 1 tbsp of sugar free jelly, 1 apple, 50g protein shake. also upped the dosage of Furaguno to 2 am and 2 pre WO. going to have some chicken or fish and some veggies in a few minutes

yes, im going to actually follow a diet, strictly...itll be a pain in the a$$ but worth it, im putting forth the effort so why not ya know. tonight in the gym i looked around and realized i work harder than anyone, it shows, im the biggest guy in my gym (overall) and i slack on my nutrition, that shows also, i also believe that diet is the main thing that separates the boys from the men...Agree.

actually im not going to do morning cardio, i feel a little like im over training, im going to focus more on my diet. im going to the cafeteria...eating prob oatmeal, egg whites, and MAYBE some wheat bread, and skim milk....i read a thing on bodybuilding.com, said i only need 2200 cals a day![]()
sorry I miss read that thing this morning, was in a hurry to get out the door, but yes, 2200 cals is a good number, being that im a mesomorph...im realizing I was somewhat crash dieting=no goodI think that is just your BMR. So if you did nothing all day but just sat there, then that is the amount of calories you would burn. With cardio and lifting your maintenance must be around 3000. I could be wrong though.

yes, the XT was for PCT, but being that I just finished the 11OXO, Im not sure if I should run the XT with the Furaguno or wait until I finish the Furaguno and run the XT solo, but I think Ill wait until Im done with the Furaguno

not much I can say to that...Im still going on with the cut though, to me, had a little set back, and fell off track, I'll prevail...off to do legsDunno man. I just feel like you waste a lot of money on supplements... Just work out and eat. Too much getting down on yourself about eating - and you have too many excuses about why you can't excel.
I'd just focus on getting big, then re-evaluate your cut when you have your priorities straight.

I was looking at a 40/40/20 split in macros...that would be either 2250 calories: 225g protein, 225g carbs, 50g fat or 2700 calories: 270g protein, 270g carbs, 60g fat, depending on how much protein I wanna take in....any opinions on this??
I honestly dont know how to figure all the percentages out...but basically Ill take inUp the fat, down the carbs... Since you get all you can eat food (protein) - I'd go 50/20/30...
Don't base your caloric intake off of how much protein you want to take in by the way... Decide your caloric intake first, figure out how much protein you want depending on how severe your defecit is, then just extrapolate your carb and fats... carbs figure out just a small amount at breakfast (since you operate best this way) and then again PWO... derive fat from the difference.
