post WO was 1 piece of wheat bread, 1 tbsp of sugar free jelly, 1 apple, 50g protein shake. also upped the dosage of Furaguno to 2 am and 2 pre WO. going to have some chicken or fish and some veggies in a few minutes

yes, im going to actually follow a diet, strictly...itll be a pain in the a$$ but worth it, im putting forth the effort so why not ya know. tonight in the gym i looked around and realized i work harder than anyone, it shows, im the biggest guy in my gym (overall) and i slack on my nutrition, that shows also, i also believe that diet is the main thing that separates the boys from the men...

If you are gonna be a powerlifter, then f*ck diet, just eat everything in the buffet line.

If you are going to be a bodybuilder/fitness model/fighter/etc... Diet is your bread and butter and is the reason that you will win or lose at what you do. You can train your balls off and it won't matter if you aren't eating right, and someone who is eating right could probably get where he is going a whole lot faster and easier.

The thing is, when you lift weights like we do... if you don't mind your diet, you don't look buff, you look like a lard ass... much easier than someone smaller. The bigger we get, the harder it is going to be to LOOK in shape. . Big biceps aren't impressive when they surround a beer gut.

I dont know why this happened, but just now when I woke up, I am starving. this has never happened...off to do some HIIT cardio
 
actually im not going to do morning cardio, i feel a little like im over training, im going to focus more on my diet. im going to the cafeteria...eating prob oatmeal, egg whites, and MAYBE some wheat bread, and skim milk....i read a thing on bodybuilding.com, said i only need 2200 cals a day :(

I think that is just your BMR. So if you did nothing all day but just sat there, then that is the amount of calories you would burn. With cardio and lifting your maintenance must be around 3000. I could be wrong though.

sorry I miss read that thing this morning, was in a hurry to get out the door, but yes, 2200 cals is a good number, being that im a mesomorph...im realizing I was somewhat crash dieting=no good
 
also thinking about changing up when i take the Furaguno, im thinking 1 am (pre cardio), 2 pre WO, 1 pm (dinner)
 
I personally prefer splitting my doses out across the day and into the evening. I would give it a shot and continue that way unless it affects you sleep.
I doubt it will, lately Ive been sleeping like a rock. also thinking about chewing them...for faster absorption

Interesting thought, but I think just swallowing them will be fine. They are some strange little green pills aren't they?

VERY little...i chewed them today, couldnt even taste them really, after taste was a little tarty but nothing horrible
 
today was my cheat day :) didnt go too far but had some junk food...the Lipo6X is almost over, what should I run now? Recreate, DREN, REDLine, or straight caffeine/yohimbine?

This chick from college I used to LOOOOVEE came in for the night. Her and her friends started a bar crawl at 6 - I joined at 8... Good times gone bad... but worth it.

I'll be punishing myself tonight.
 
yea im bout to hit the weights, thinking of an hour of moderate cardio post WO, also increasing the dose of the Furaguno to 5 ED...prob will leave it here for the rest. Important question...
I have some 6OXO left over, could i run the rest then bridge into the Novadex XT?
also should I start the Novadex XT tonight? being that I finished the 11OXO yesterday, or after the cut? (Furaguno is hormonal, im just a lil confused, and i forgot)
 
I'm not even sure where to start with your question... Is the XT for PCT or part of your cycle? Are you even remotely done running Feraguno?

Don't be a moron. XT is for PCT - there is no rationalization to run it now aside from being a nincompoop (sp?).

Anyway - pic looks pretty good.
 
then the XT is strictly for PCT, I have a little left over from each test booster Ive used in the past (Mass FX, Blue Up, 6OXO) and want to use them. could I start to incorporate those? I wasnt mad...its a way we have of flirting, shes hott and ill call her dumb or fat, and shell do the same to me, i just wanted to send her the pic, then thought it wasnt bad, so I would keep it lol. I dont look bad, but want to lose more fat, wonder what my BF% is...?
 
my conscious is killing me, lately ive been really slipping on my cut, everything, diet, routine, social life (sleep, alcohol), I got a reality check from my friend...gotta get back on track! ive had some carbs today, oatmeal, bagel, a little cereal, going to do legs in a few hours and cardio

Dunno man. I just feel like you waste a lot of money on supplements... Just work out and eat. Too much getting down on yourself about eating - and you have too many excuses about why you can't excel.

I'd just focus on getting big, then re-evaluate your cut when you have your priorities straight.

not much I can say to that...Im still going on with the cut though, to me, had a little set back, and fell off track, I'll prevail...off to do legs

I was looking at a 40/40/20 split in macros...that would be either 2250 calories: 225g protein, 225g carbs, 50g fat or 2700 calories: 270g protein, 270g carbs, 60g fat, depending on how much protein I wanna take in....any opinions on this??

Up the fat, down the carbs... Since you get all you can eat food (protein) - I'd go 50/20/30...

Don't base your caloric intake off of how much protein you want to take in by the way... Decide your caloric intake first, figure out how much protein you want depending on how severe your defecit is, then just extrapolate your carb and fats... carbs figure out just a small amount at breakfast (since you operate best this way) and then again PWO... derive fat from the difference.

I honestly dont know how to figure all the percentages out...but basically Ill take in

Where did you hear that 1g of protein per pound of BW is sufficient for a cut?
Ive heard and read that you need more than 1g, less than 1g, and 1g per pound to be sufficient...you see Im getting all types of information and they're all contradicting one another
