Libido Help?

i am going to start taking letro/nolva to get rid of past gyno. Last resort before surgery. Only left nipple. Any dosing advice but main question is what can i take to help with sex loss while taking this and the overall of feeling crappy. Heard there are things you can take to help with sex loss while on this ? ANyt suggestions.

what have you heard? i mean, there's a whole bunch of different OTC natural things you can take, some have already been mentioned here, maca, trib., HGW, yombine, things like that, but i'm not sure if it wold be beneficial or a waste of time. I'd be more concerned with getting rid of the gyno than worried about my sex drive, doesn't the GF notice that you have GYNO in the one nip? wouldn't she understand if you said that you have to do something to try and get rid of it?
 
I could be wrong, but I thought nolva kills libido and that's that,.. there really isn't anything you can do till you're finished taking it. Again, I may be grossly incorrect,.. I"m interested to see what some of the more knowlegdable peeps have to say.
Maybe I should have just subbed!?!?!?
