kwick Karbs dosing

ok so i just bought a 3.3lb container of nutraplanets kwick karbs and it said 1/4 tsp=600mg. that would mean i would get 0.6grams of carbs out of a 1/4 tsp.?? :261: i dont get the dosing. can anyone help me out on this?
 
That's just telling you how much is in a set volume.

I would use 30-50 grams pre-/intraworkout and perhaps another 50 grams postworkout with protein.

It has a density of 1/2.

This means 1cc weighs 1/2 gram. Grab an old protein scooper - look at the bottom. If it says 60cc then figure it will hold 30 grams of Kwik Karb.
 
Kwick Karb is a fantastic product indeed. I use an old 70cc protein scooper when i dose it.
 
A little off topic of measuring so I don't mean to jack the thread but what are you guys mixing your WMS with? I find it really tends to thicken up whatever I mix mine with to the point that I can turn some of my protein shakes into pudding almost. Worse of course if i use milk versus water but I am having a real problem finding something that I can use that the final texture does not bother me. Open to any suggestions.

xtend with beta alanine and NP bulk bcaas. Sip while working out.
