Remember 400mgs is an active dose so you have enough for 2 400mgs doses a day which is double what comes in a PSLIN pack.

Just got it in, good thing as I was just about out of my pslin caps.
Question: If I dosed my caps at 200mg or say 300mg/cap/dose could I just plan to take in say 80-100g carbs (basically a little less carbs) and have the same effects? Does it work like that?
