If you start shedding... IE run your hands through your hair, if hair falls out (more than just one or two hairs, humans naturally shed about 20-40 hairs a day) you might want to consider saw palmetto or just stopping the cycle. I am almost 100% positive that you are going to be fine though.

yea i get about 3-4 hairs, mainly in the shower, well shhiittt, ill get back on this doggy

no, im just doing certain movements to hit weak areas, upper chest with the incline and thickness with the rows, im really tired, is the morning fasted cardio necessary? i'm starting the Furaguno today, 1 pre-morning fasted cardio, and 1 pre-WO

just got back from fasted cardio...only doing 15 min of HIIT, anymore seems too much, dont know if I should just do 30 min steady cardio in the a.m. then HIIT post WO or vice versa, or stop the morning cardio all together

Fasted cardio does work if you're cutting, but be prepared to lose some muscle as well as the fat. To help avoid this use BCAA's in the morning before your cardio, no calories there so it's still fasted and the amino's help to spare your muscle. The Furaguno will help with muscle sparing as well. Fasted cardio (and training) works even better if you avoid carbs after 6pm the night before. Yes, you will feel like ass a lot of mornings, but just suck it up. You want to lose that fat or not?

yes im aware of BCAA's, im taking...
2 Lipo6X, BCAA's, 1 Furaguno-pre morning cardio
2 Lipo6X, BCAA's, 2 Furaguno-pre WO

only carbs are from veggies (salads) fruit or whole grains (bread, oatmeal) and some liquids (protein shakes, milk)

i've decided NO MORE ALCOHOL-under any circumstances

its getting to the point now where i have to fight myself to do morning cardio, im really tired and sore, but i gotta lose the fat :run:
 
i dont know what may be causing this but i get really really hot before i go to warm up or anything...sweating almost, then when i work out im sweating bullets. also im looking leaner but the scale says different, im actually maintaining weight...or is this muscle??
 
I would say the Lipo6 has you hot...it's a good thing. Just make sure the water intake is up. That's pretty bad when your own brand is tough to handle...:crazy:

im trying to get in 1-2 gallons, yea its BAD, but just got done doing shoulders/abs and 30 min stationary bike interval. weight was 227, kind of high. at the beginning of my WO i looked somewhat 'soft' but at the end i was dripping in sweat, had some veins, and looked harder...so thats good. tomorrow might take off or do arms...dont know yet. have to wake up around 6...busy day tomorrow
 
Scales are a good thing while bulking - bad while cutting.

Just eat the right things - work hard - and put away the scale for a couple weeks.
 
i dont know why but my hunger is through the roof :(
going to do arms and a little bit of chest (incline) and some cardio, dont know if HIIT or long & slow...thats what she said haa
 
Long and slow....burns the fat after your w/o...glycogen should be depleted.
 
i notice i tend to lose more muscle from fasted and slow pace cardio, im not sure why. hiit works waaay better for me if i just do it a couple times a week. i think thats the way to go if u have the enrgy for it
 
I just like running a couple miles at 8 to 10 MPH.. I don't know what the f*ck that is in your HIT LIT LOT HOT lingo, but it works.

So Ive been on the 11OXO for almost 3 weeks, Im starting to like this stuff. The Furaguno...only 2 days, today being the third, and I do have high expectations for this supplement. Im started to better control my carb intake and timing and I feel better so thats good.

One question on the Furaguno. Right now Im dosing it at; 1 a.m. 2 pre-WO (30 min w/NO Shotgun). Im going to raise it to 2 a.m. & 2 pre-WO. On my off days, how much and when should I take???

Your regular dosing is fine for off days.
 
it says on my bottle for best results to take it before sleeping. i read somewhere else too that u want it spaced out every 12 hours. im not sure how big a difference this makes but something u might want to look in to.
i take it in the morning, before bed, and preworkout, but im taking 300mg . maybe u could do 50mg in morning, 50 before bed, 100 pwo. or on off days just skip the mid day dose and double the other 2.

by the way im kinda curious to see how it works for u, i havent really got anything so far from it

I think this had been said over and over a long time ago.

For some reason we all have a soft spot in our hearts for Tom, and we don't really bust his balls too bad about it anymore. He actually does his research these days, he just second guesses himself a rediculous amount.

Timber will keep him in check.

After reading a few of DJbombsquad's threads I have come to realize Tom knows quite a bit.

i say try it and see, at the worst it might take u a little longer to pass out. not like the havoc which keeps me up for 6 hours depressed like ive been doing coke or something

Really? All I wanted to do on epi was sleep.

haha same, im tired all day but at night i cant fall asleep at all, its pretty miserable trying
and u must just be working too hard trying to get it up during sex to fall asleep. arent prohormones fun =)

The one cool thing is that I last a bit longer on PHs without having to think about baseball. No slide and bust, if you will.

well...so far this weekend has gone good in terms of diet. Once my hunger got really bad but i had a protein shake and it went away, also a *good note* ive started to notice some unexpected gains and this is making me want to eat cleaner and push harder with the weights. also dont know if i should lift tomorrow, which will mean i had only one day off this or rest and have taken off two days, but im feeling good and looking better. its not HUGE changes, but little things that i notice, thats all i need for new motivation
