I've been doing quite a bit of research. I have quite a bit of supplements right now in my possession (got 75% of it all from nutraplanet :-D ...

- A bottle of Stoked 120 caps by Anabolic Innovations
- A bottle of Plasmagen Nitrate 200 caps by APS
- A bottle of Anabolic Pump 90 caps by USPlabs
- A bottle of Epidrol 90 caps by Hardcore Formulations
- A bottle of Lean Xtreme 90 caps
- Two bottles of Prime
- Two bottles of Genera Adrenaline 90 caps
- 1 Bottle of Trim for Life 3 120 caps (LOL got off ebay for $4 w/shipping)
- A bottle of Creatine E2 120 caps
- A bottle of BCAA Ethyl Ester 180 caps by Axis Labs
- A 5 lb tub of Lipotropic Protein by LG Sciences

When I see a good deal I just cant pass it up ... so now I have all this stuff. What are some good combos that I could stack here ?

The stack I like is Stoked, AP, prime, creatine E2, and BCAA ethyl esther, could throw in the protein as a post workout supp with BCAA ethyl esther. Not to be an jackass, but aren't you the dude who has or suffers from axiety. I highly recommend you stay away from epidrol aka havoc aka epistane, its ant-estrogenic steroid, which really can be a horrific experience for those who suffer from anxiety. Low estrogen causes anxiety, and believe me if epistane is used by those who want to get rid of a small trace of gyno, then it will effect your gaba receptors. Just an advice my friend, I like to help people, do not take it as criticism, but an advice.
 
Thanks for the advice bro! And just93 -- I'm going for a little of both bulking AND cutting! Yeah, I'm not to excited about the epidrol -- I'm staying away from all of the anabolic **** but I bought that before I made that choice. It's nothing that I can't handle it's just a pain in the ass when I go through it. So on that stack you picked -- whats a good diet and good times to take it ? Thanks!

with AP you need carbs, just make sure they are simple carbs which do not spike your glycemic index, such as oatmeal, millets, lentils, sprouted grain bread, quinoa or whole grain pasta, sweet potatoes, yams, wheat germ. As for prime, I recommend taking it with healthy fats such as nuts or nut butters for absorption. As for Stoked, early in the morning on an empty stomach, 15-30 min. preworkout without food, on off day evening time without food. As for bcaas with water preworkout and postworkout. If you have some questions feel free to pm me, just wanted to give you a general outline of what to follow.:fing02:
 
Make sure to take complex carve with ap. Not simple.

Gotcha. I've been told to eat 6 meals a day. How the hell are you supposed to do that anyways? I work a lot and what are good quick meal suggestions

and man dont waste all those supps use em 1 at a time but AP and prime would be best to start off with
AP will help put on sum super mass if u lear how to use it well
as for prime its basicly all strenght gaings
 
The BCAA, Stoked, Creatine, Prime, and AP stack is what I'm going to -- that's what I was recommended by a very knowledgeable person on the forums. You disagree and think it's a waste?

do wat eva u wana do but stoke is not very stong,
as for th BCAA u should be eating that like candy, yes the creatine should be a staple and use it all the time man. AP will make more creatine get pushd into yer muscle
also high estrogen causes anxity more so then low. ever wonder why women freak out once a month or whne there preggers
and when ur ON u feel great and like ur on top of the world!!

well bro, here is the key homeostasis which bascially defines health in one word, if your estrogen is too high or too low it will cause anxiety.
