DSade: Is it safe to take TTA for a long period of time?

Is TTA supposed to be cycled? If so, what is the recommended cycle length and time off?

I've been using SNS TTA for about 8 weeks now and wonder when I should stop.

I posted this question in the SNS forum (Invalid Link Removed) but didn't get an answer from a rep. EasyEJL directed me here - thanks Easy.

IMO, depends on the dose.

Safety studies show no negative effects, even long term, but it was discussed that the nature of the compound does mean high doses can build up in the cellular membranes, possibly changing the dynamics of its functioning.

We went with a low-mid range dose in DCP for two reasons...
1) high dose is completely unnecessary to ellicit the effects that the body can keep up with.

2) the combined effect of TTA with the proper coingredient makes it most effective at low-mid dose, without risk of side effects.

I see. I've been taking 2 caps (1g) of SNS TTA daily for about 8 weeks. I also take Sesamin, CLA, and fish oil.

A gram a day is fine.

You should be finding a lot of synergy between the CLA and TTA - how have your results been so far?

Without a doubt i agree.

How much CLA are you taking, silver?

Here is a breakup of what I'm taking:
2 caps SNS TTA daily = 1g daily
3 caps SNS RK daily = 375mg daily
3 caps PrimaForce CLA daily = 3g daily
3 caps Scivation Sesamin daily = 3g daily
3-8 caps fish oil daily = ~ 3-8g daily
walnuts ~ 60g daily = ~ 40g fat daily

I'd increase your CLA content to at least 5-6 grams/day. Otherwise, looks damn solid to me.

Thanks for the feedback.

I started focusing on fat loss a few weeks ago (prior to the holiday break) and did a quick V-like cut (Invalid Link Removed). Things worked out great considering I didn't do a strict V diet.

Now I am on a cycle and last week was bad since I was out of town on business (Invalid Link Removed). I'll increase the CLA and see how that works, but I also need to increase my carbs/total calories to get the muscles growing.

Anyway, I need to figure out when to drop the TTA, RK, Sesamin, and CLA. I assume my body will need a break from all of these. Should I do it after cycle or after PCT?
