Prime causing me to not sleep well??

wondering if prime is causing me to not sleep as well. I was going to sleep so fast and now since i started prime and CEE, i have had problemsg sleeping. Any thoughts?

I have never had sleep problems while on Prime. How close to bedtime are you taking your Prime? Perhaps increase the time between your last Prime dosage and bed time.

I personally take PRIME with my last meal before bed. Usually only an hour before and I have been sleeping fine.

If for some reason it is disrupting your sleep simply dose earlier in the day.

Ive heard of a few people having sleep issues. It is usually resolved by taking your last dose atleast 5hour pre-bed.

i am also taking 1-carboxy bulk, cee and aakg powder. Could any of these cause headaches and sleep disruption??

lower the dose on the 1-carboxy to 500mgs to start and slowly increase dose that is your issue.

after 5 days go up to 750mgs and after say 12 days go to 1 gram

so that is what is causing problem? Headache adn sleep problems. I havent taken it in 4 days or so...still kinda feel sluggish
