Java Lustre Product REplacements

Looks like the mixing of the Java Lustre produced quite a bit of air inclusion, which settles out - leaving the bottles around 2/3 full.

Darren has sent me all of the order information for those that have ordered, and I will personally be sending replacements.

The issue has been fixed, for any orders shipped after today. I apologize for the hassle.

We had a bunch returned by the post office when they leaked.

We picked up new snap caps with a closed lid (rather than the popup dispenser) and reshipped all of them.

Im not complaining either way but DSADE just let us know if this is going through. I believe the price I paid for what I got is fine in any event....so far I am pleased with JL and VM but I am waiting till my results are beyond a doubt to report in......so far there are some strangly placed hairs but I am going to wait till I get a hair cut and take a picture...then pay close attention to the amout of hair as it fills in over the next few weeks after that!

Didn't mean to come off cold. I was just curious. I am very happy with the shampoo. It's so good I ordered 5 virile manes based on how pleased I am. But yeah keep us updated if this is still coming.

Everything is back on the way. What a mess those old caps turned out to be.

Hopefully y'all still have some of the original bottles of shampoo left. Feedback and posted results on VM are nothing short of amazing so far. I get a LOT of PMs from people who aren't ready to post pictures, but commenting on their new growth rate.

Keep us all updated on your progress?
 
Will do brotha. By the way, I def have a full head of hair, but I was hoping to thicken it a bit. Do you think the combo of JL and VM will help with this or is it primarily for balding?
 
USing the combo is a fantastic way to prevent inflammation problems which can lead to thinning hair etc.

I would use the shampoo every day and the VM 3-4 times a week to keep your hair thick and healthy.

I started my replacement bottle last night, and I used it again tonight. Both nights it had a chemical smell and would not lather at all, tonight I squeezed some out and shook the bottle for at least a minute, same results, it also really burned when it got in my eyes. My hair felt oily after both uses. I really like the first runny version, I appreciate the extra bottle, but I,m not going to use thr rest of this one. I am curious if anyone else has any of these issues

I also really preferred the first runny version. A very small amount of that would lather really well.

I can't get this replacement bottle to lather at all even when I pre-wash with another shampoo. I'm actually mixing it in my palm with a shampoo that lathers in order work up a lather with it.

However, I haven't noticed any eye burning or chemical smell.

Just can't get it to lather to save my life.

I think the runny version would have worked well if the bottle had a pump dispenser rather than the flip top which caused a lot of the runny version to come pouring out. At least with a pump you could control it a bit.
 
I've noticed myself that the runny version lathered, and this one does not. however, my hair feels the same from both, so it doesn't really matter to me.
