Ultimate MassPump Stack Question

So I plan on taking the stack, and want to dose at 3-3-3-30. The only problem is I dont have a scale(I'm in Iraq). Anyone have any idea if its a teaspoon of each or 1/2 a teaspoon or what the volumetric measurement is?

Any help is appreciated.

On the containers, the density per 1/4 tsp is listed. Usually 400-900mg depending on the compound's density.
