Stiff knees

My knees feel stiff when I'm doing squats and deadlifts. It feels stiff in the front of the knees and bottom front of the thighs, just above the knee. What stretches would help me with this? Also, I am just starting to deadlift and squat again, so I'm not squating or deadlifting much weight.

Make sure to warm up first, perhaps with light weight or hindu squats. Your knees will pop at first.

Another thing is take fish oil. natural lubrication for your joints.
