Let's see how my 1-Andro run goes - maybe that would be good for you AZ... Also, I can recommend H-Drol from experience. If you're worried about your liver - start taking some milk thistle gel caps and get a liver panel done with your doctor. The liver is a pretty resiliant organ - repairs itself quite well. I wasn't always so kind to mine either. :lol:

1) LIBIDO - High. The little soldier will stand and salute with minimal notice.
2) BP - I was too busy on Friday to get to CVS. Will stop by on Monday.
3) AGGRESSION - Same.
4) HAIR LOSS - Holy crap all my hair fell out (oh wait that was years ago).
5) GYNO SYMPTOMS - None
6) TESTICULAR ATROPHY - None.
7) MISC. - None

MOOD/ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE:

Sunday I was pretty drained all day, but I attribute that to a crazy weekend. On Saturday I had to wake up early for my son's basketball game, worked out and then worked all afternoon. Sunday I slept a little later, but I still had to work most the morning/afternoon.


The Workout
Due to my work schedule I took the day off.


THOUGHTS:

Finished the week up over 5lbs and I hope it slows down some. I really don't want to end the cycle in the 220lbs range knowing it won't all be lean gains. That being said I will continue to eat big and see where the compounds take me. I will be adding P-Plex to the mix so wish me luck!

Finally got off my butt and took some pre-pics. This is always the hard part because although I have come a long way I know there is still a long fuggin way to go!







Cycle Details:
90mg of XTreme Tren (30mg at 6:30AM, 30mg around 10:30 and 30mg Pre-workout)

30MG of P-Plex Day 1 (10mg at 6:30AM, 10mg around 10:30 and 10mg Pre-workout)

SUPPlEMENTS:
Supplements consisted of cycle support, fish oil, vitamin C, vitamin B complex, chasteberry and taurine. Also had BC+EAA during my workout and an EAS shake post workout.

MEASUREMENTS & WEIGHT:

205.5lbs (+6.5lbs) This weight gain is pretty crazy so far. I just hope there is some muscle gain in there somewhere.

STRENGTH/ENDURANCE:

Today I felt extremely strong and had a great chest day. I did not try any max rep attempts, but I did a set of 10 x 225 lbs with ease after finishing a 3 heavy (for me) sets on inclines.


SIDES:

MOOD/ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE:

Today was the first day of P-Plex and this morning I had the sweats. Not sure if it was the compound or just a coincidence. After I cranked up the fan I finally cooled off and had no further issues the rest of the day.


The Workout
I had an awesome chest workout. I worked out with my brother in law and he put me through a different routine that I am sure I will feel tomorrow. After chest I normally start working tris with dips and can finish a set of 20. Today I was only able to hit 10 with the first set. I kept going afterwards with several other tricep exercises and my arms are jello now.


THOUGHTS:

I am still impressed as hell with the cycle I put together with everyone's recommendations. I feel like this has been an outstanding combo and far exceeded my expectations so far. I did not gain 5lbs week 1 on M-Drol and it took until week 3 before I gained that much on Epistane. I think this might be a winner.

Very nice man.

I had a great chest workout yesterday too. Two inadvertant spotters hooked me up on some tough sets, and I went to total failure on my third set of dips (0 reps). Also almost got into a fight over the cable machine - but that story will have to be for another day. :lol:

Glad I could help you out on combining these compounds Silver. I know many people wouldn't agree....but who cares what they think??!!

And if you think you're liking this cycle after 8 days in......wait until after 14 to 21 days in. You'll be in love!! :head:

The Phera is going to take about 10 days to actually start noticing its effects. But when it happens, it will be unmistakeable!! The strength from the combo will be surreal!!

Doom Crew Solja is back and subbed. All the best with this one Silver!!! I gave TG a little about why I've been M.I.A. for awhile... I got worried when a doctor told me my LH/test levels were severely suppressed. Luckily, my body bounced back. After that I've been dealing with a couple injuries (knee then the worst high ankle sprain I'm still rehabin) and sickness (bad upper respiratory infection) setbacks that have been stressful and depressing. I hope all of you guys have been staying in trouble and havin fun with it!!! Peace

Unfortunately my extra 10lbs is in pure body fat. Currently my goal (no clue on ETA) is to be 225lbs with 10% body fat. I am not sure I will ever see my abs based on this discusting belly fat/skin that is left over, but I am going to continue working towards it.

Get the abs bigger and the fat cells shrunk and then make your assessments.

If you're 225 - that skin will get stretched all over the place. You'll be fine.

I take that back, I think your frame is actually considerably bigger - particularly upper back...

Today was an off day, but I went in for some cardio during lunch. Part of my resolution is to save money and get in better shape. So I packed my lunch (turkey sandwich on wheat and a peanut butter sandwich on wheat) and went to the gym during my normal lunch break. Ran for 35 minutes on the Elliptical and it says I burned 550 calories. Not buying the calorie count, but enjoyed the cardio regardless.

Nothing major to note. I am still waiting to see if I notice any difference from the P-Plex once it kicks in.

Silver, at 225 10% bf, you will have stretch marks from your muscles buddy. No need to worry about any extra skin at those numbers! Keep up the hard work and you will be there. We have literally identical goals for weight and BF. After this cycle... you might be a lot closer than you think.

As for the feeling after taking p-plex...I do seem to have a little rush of energy followed by some hot flashes. Not major, but it is something I have noticed.

You guys are making me feel like I can actually hit my goals in a lot shorter timeframe than I though. My goal is to have some semblance of abs without too much extra flab by may. The 225 @ 10% I have no clue.

I agree you might be closer to that 225 than you think..
Your really just scratching the surface on your body recomp as far as adding LBM goes.. Your body should be able to pack on some serious muscle mass, it's not like your at a point where your gains are going to be slow and steady. You still have room for explosive LBM growth.
I think the advice to eat big, but clean on this cycle is spot on!! Pound the water down too..Drive HEAVY weight and stack the mass on your frame. Something to not forget is that.. the more LBM you pack on, the more calories are needed to feed that LBM everyday. You can eat big bcuz your gonna get big.
With your frame and potential for growth, if you really CRAM the food down.. I wouldn't be surprised to see you tipping the scale at 220 the last day of your cycle going into PCT.
The door frame is gonna get smaller for you to fit thru in a good way..:bb3:

weighted ab work! stack some 10 pound plates on your chest hold them and bang out sets of 20 on the crunches with a pause and squeeze.. add weight as needed..
you want to grow the abs train them with weight

Like another poster said, any new musle you add will raise your BMR and hence will make losing fat that much easier.

Send me your core day workout and I will give it a look see. I have the P90x videos and it has a core workout. I haven't watched it though. I know working the core is important, but I honestly run out of time with most my workouts due to the loads of cardio I am trying to get in. I can't wait to get this fat off so I can focus primarily on weights.

As for the doc, it is not really a routine visit. There won't be any blood tests or anything, but every doc does temp and blood pressure.

I really took your advice to heart on an earlier post and I am eating to get big. As you said I can cut the fat slowly, but surely and if I gain some serious muscle mass it should be easier. Besides, I have always felt like you can have a little bit of a gut if you have a huge chest, arms and legs. :)
