That was funny as shit about the hair loss.....mine fell out years ago as well. That's just means we have very high levels of DHT. That alpha-male shizz is flowing through us in high natural doses!! Put it this way...The hair on my neck and back grow faster than the hair that is left on my head. Good thing I have a good woman to shave that sh*t off.

I ate cereal at 7AM, oatmeal at 9AM, grilled tillapia with squash, corn and a little beans and rice at 11:30AM and my stomach is already growling. I hope this doesn't continue because I don't want to gain much fat during this cycle.

Today is an off day (officially), but I will be going to the gym for some cardio. I will try to get pics uploaded by this weekend to provide my pre-cycle version.

As long as you eat clean you might as well eat big too. Most people lean out on Tren anyway. I dunno about the phera, but most of what you might retain should be water which you can get rid of pretty fast.
 
Get some red meat in there Silver. Slow that digestion down a bit.

It's all good. Just eat lots of protein and good fats. Keep the carbs kinda low. I don't really crave carbs much anyway. Honestly. I'm a freakin' carnivore!! :food: I can eat meat with no veggies.

I have to force myself to eat most carbs like broccoli, asparagus, green beans, and so on. But fruits are no problem. I love fruit.

So load up on fish, chicken, and lean cuts of beef. Get healthy fats like EVOO and coconut oil. Even a little peanut butter is fine.

Feed the beast big Silver. :twisted:
That Tren will turn it into muscle!! :head:

The Workout

Today was a typical off day, but since my Monday workout was rushed I went in today for some Abs work and cardio. Cardio consisted of 33 min on the eliptical at a pretty good pace alternating incline and resistance.



THOUGHTS:

I swear this morning I was already leaner but I am sure it was in my head. I can't wait until this XTreme Tren really kicks in. Tomorrow is chest and tris and I will see if I can get my "pre-cycle" max as my previous one was 315 a few weeks ago on bench.

1) Some people may do things differently, but I cycle very rarely and when I do, I want to make sure I gain the maximum amount of muscle possible. I mean, why put your body through the stress of AAS, then self-limit your gains by worrying about fat and not eating enough? This ain't a hardcore cut, right? I understand you were heavy before, but my advice is - do it big at the dinner table. You've already proven you can lose the weight. Your stated goal is stength and mass. Get after it in the gym and in the kitchen, and if in doing so it means getting a little fat, so be it. Muscle mass is a lot harder to come by than fat is to lose.

2) Isn't tren supposed to be a rather potent fat burner anyway?

One more thing - definitely make sure you eat some protein at breakfast. Many, many good reasons to do so.

Eat up silver. I eat 6 eggs for breakfast EVERY DAY. Just eat clean and you will be straight. I think the xtreme tren will keep the fat off from the pplex.
 
I don't even have my eyes open yet and I am gulping down a WPI shake. About an hour later it's 2 whole/6 whites w/a slice of WW and PB. Does a body good!:thumbsup:

Thanks for joining the log man and you make great points. I know this cycle would be better if I was already at a very low bf% so I didn't have the worry about eating right. I think I will take your advice and start eating to get big rather than trying to stay around maintenance. But it is what it is and I have done pretty good with cutting between cycles and each time I have more muscle mass with less fat than before.

Eince I am going to start eating big, That will mean eggs instead of my oatmeal for breakfast. I will still limit the bad foods for the most part. I have done pretty good with 2 50g protein shakes per day and typically have a protein bar around 3PM (CVS had the payday bars for 42 cents so I stocked up). I am also taking in the BCAAs on workout days.

Tren is supposed to help with losing bf% during cycle as well and I am continuing my cardio routines which should help also. I really have 15lbs in my head for this cycle which should put me around the 215lb mark. If 1/3 of the gains are water/fat and I could be at 210lbs and leaner that would be suhweet!

Big Silver, I advise you to keep a regular check on that BP while using the Tren, That is the ONLY compound that wreaks total chaos on mine. And yet, I will use it again. :p

I have to take 4 grams of Hawthorne Berries daily everytime I use that shizz. But it's worth it IMO. Strength shoots through the roof on Tren. And yes, I'm talking about the designer Trens, like the one you're using. Not the real Oral Trenbolone (methyl trienolone) that I used last cycle. That actually didn't bother my BP too much.

Dude, oatmeal is good for you. Eat that shiz with your eggs! I'll send you my diet plan if you want brotha.
 
Clean and lean Silver. I believe it's not about "how much as it is about what" you put in that matters. I mix the oatmeal right into my eggs and scramble it all up together. Throw some green tabasco on it and shovel. One of my favs!! Just decrease carbs later in the day and move more towards veggies.

6;00pm dinner consisting of lean meat and some veggies.

Is that enough food? As stated above, sometimes my lunch meal will include a burger or a few tortillas, but I have been working on cleaning it up.

I need more carbs than that... but that is just me. I would probably throw in a Natty PB and sugarless J on whole wheat in the mid afternoon. But once again, I need my carbs.

I'll second G on this, I would gas out early in the day on this diet!

oats, ww breads, ww pastas are your friend...keep your carbs complex and get ready to grow!

where's the cottage cheese? I'd replace that 8:30 shake with a tub of ff or lf cottage cheese :thumbsup:
 
I would also move the eggs to the second meal with the oatmeal and add egg whites with it....and the 2:30 I would maybe do a tuna on WW bread or some lean ground beef on WW bread. Simple stuff to have packed up for the day.

This workout I wanted to try a new max and for the first time I left with disappointment. 315 x 1 was my previous max and I said what the hell and put another 10lb plate per side. Unfortunately I was unable to get it all the way up without my spotter. That being said I continued the workout.

Had to hit the road to get the kid for Basketball practice. While he pacticed I got quite a bit of cardio doing some shoot arounds. Since I miss a lot I had to chase the ball quite a bit.

I am still feeling great and on top of the world. No sides to speak of yet and I am already getting the pump that lasts for hours after the workout.

Good move, I think you will be much happier with your progress that way. As you probably already know from my log, I'm not at an ideal BF% right now either, but I have a cut planned for after my run. At our age (thirties and beyond), gaining what new muscle mass we can is far more important than staying lean year round IMO.

Today's workout was Back day. I felt really strong and motivated this morning even thought I was sore from yesterdays workout.

Workout consisted of the following:

Barbell rows
3 sets of 135lbs x 10

Pullups
3 sets of 6

Cable rows
3 sets of 150 x 10

Hammer Smith rows (3 different machines)
3 sets of 10 per machine

Lat Pulldown
130 x 10
140 x 10
150 x 10

Also did a few calf exercises prior to my short cardio session. Cardio consisted of 16 minutes on the elliptical (cut short due to work committments)


THOUGHTS:

As stated before, I don't have any sides currently and am starting to feel "ON".

Tomorrow is an off day, but I might get up early and do some cardio. I will also weigh in tomorrow to see if there are any real changes.

I told you this tren compound would raise your BP. I've talked to lots of others who experience the same thing. But I've still got 2 more bottles of it in stash. Just eat the Hel outta those Hawthorn Berries!! And maybe some celery seed extract on top of it.

Now about the gyno self-checks: DON'T!! :nono: Please avoid playing, squeezing, and obsessing with your nipples on this cycle. They WILL get sensitive. Hormonal fluctuations almost always cause this in most users. Part of the game. The nature of the beast, if you will. Too many guys with unfounded gyno scares, jumping off cycles way too early with no real reason. Now if they swell up huge and look like female titties, that's one thing. But a little puffiness and tenderness is not enough for me to hop off the sauce!!
I will be honest and admit that even between cycles, my nipps may get sensitive on some days. It IS hormones rising and falling. Very natural. :thumbsup:

I picked up my own BP machine Omron HEM-780. Well worth the money and can be used with BIG arms.

I get nip sensitivity too usually during my "wait" time but nothing that freaks me out.:rolleyes:

I will continue this cycle unless I start lactating and even then I would get all the advice on how to stop it before giving up. As I stated above I told myself to stop thinking about it and the sensitivity went away. I do feel that folks (myself included) overreact on this gyno issue, but it is a real concern.

This is going to be a fun ride and I am not stopping this train!

Today is an off day and I will actually enjoy it today. I have been to the gym 4 times this week and also have Saturday scheduled for Legs and Sunday TBD.

I am feeling great, almost invincible great if you know what I mean. I ate bigger yesterday while still eating the right foods. I weighed in +4 lbs, but might only be +3 after my bathroom trip. :thumbsup:

90mg of XTreme Tren (30mg at 6:30AM, 30mg around 9:30AM Pre-workout and 30mg this evening)


SUPPlEMENTS:
Supplements consisted of cycle support, fish oil, vitamin C, vitamin B complex, chasteberry and taurine. Followed my workout with an EAS 40g protein shake.

MEASUREMENTS & WEIGHT:

I wanted to see if the 203lbs was a fluke so I weighed myself again this morning and the scale said 204.5lbs (+5.5 in less than a week WTF) from my starting weight of 199. I definately ate above maintenance yesterday but that is still a big jump. I honestly don't feel bloated, but I do feel like my muscles are keeping that pumped feeling.

STRENGTH/ENDURANCE:

Strenth was very good today. See the workout section below.


SIDES:


1) LIBIDO - Normal.
2) BP - I was too busy on Friday to get to CVS. Will stop by on Monday.
3) AGGRESSION - Same.
4) HAIR LOSS - Holy crap all my hair fell out (oh wait that was years ago).
5) GYNO SYMPTOMS - None
6) TESTICULAR ATROPHY - None.
7) MISC. - Today was the first day I had any back pumps, but only when doing some situps with the medicine ball. They were manageable though and went away after I finished the sets.

MOOD/ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE:

I am feeling great so far. No major agression, no lethargy yet, no paranoia


The Workout
Today was Leg day and I can surely say Tren is an effective strength booster! I hit squats first and completed a set of 8 and then 5 of 315. On the leg press is where I really felt some strenght gains and I completed my final set with 520lbs. Once I completed all my leg exercises I tried out some pullups. I did 2 sets of 10 and finished with a set of 8. I was pretty impressed that I was able to do those after giving my all on Legs. I also worked out abs prior to 20 minutes of cardio before heading out.


THOUGHTS:

I am excited about the weight gain and don't feel bloated. I did not even gain this much on M-Drol in week 1 so this definately seems like an excellent compound...so far! @ days until I start stacking it with P-Plex.

I hate making a recommendation on a compound like this with less than a week of experience, but I will say this. Week 1 on this in terms of weight gain, strength and lack of sites (mainly week 1 was lethargy and some mild back pumps) makes this compound something I would recommend. Now if Gaylord Focker is able to milk me in a few weeks I would change my recommendation.

Hdrol isn't all that harsh... but Tren on the other hand is non-methylated.

1T is a good solution for those looking to bypass the liver.

If not you ought to try the M1D MMV2 stack then, or maybe some 1AD. If you want me to show you where to get some 1-androstendiol (original) I will show you.

Let's see how my 1-Andro run goes - maybe that would be good for you AZ... Also, I can recommend H-Drol from experience. If you're worried about your liver - start taking some milk thistle gel caps and get a liver panel done with your doctor. The liver is a pretty resiliant organ - repairs itself quite well. I wasn't always so kind to mine either. :lol:
 
I am still watching the 1-T log results and I have a cycle already thought out with M1D/MMV2. The 1-andro will be researched G. I want to get to about 230 solid pounds(10%bf). Hey, we all can dream it...right!! Sorry for the hijack Silver.:run:

My log is your log AZ. Feel free to go off topic anytime. We are all here to lear new things and get other's opinions. Besides, that MMV2/M1D combo seems top notch and low risk. I am also looking forward to GMG's 1-T stack as that should be a winner especially if you go the Tren route.

LOL... I think this is getting out of hand. I am not worried about my libido on the next cycle. I only asked multiple times because nobody even acknowledged my questions. I figure if I kept my libido on Mdrol I should be fine on just about anything.
