So I finally decided to do a log. I'm sure somebody has done this before but I'm going to do a hybrid log for my first log. I'll be taking pictures of most of my food,especially the dishes that I've cooked and of course logging my bulk.
I have went from 155 to 169 rather quickly (thanks to everyone who helped me on here). The weight is a little harder to pack on now. So it's time to duck my head down and run at it head first. Like I mentioned before this will be my first log so any advice is more than welcome and of course any questions would be great as well.
My diet looks something like this:
1 Cup Whole Milk
1 Scoop ON Whey
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Oats
Pre/Intra-Workout
1 Scoop Ragnarok
1 Scoop Purple Wraath
20g Maltodextrin
20g Dextrose
30 Minutes Post
1 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
1 Scoop Muscle Milk
2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
100g Blueberries
1/2 Cup Oats
1 Tbsp. Organic Chocolate Syrup
2.5g Leucine
Little bit 'o Cinnamon
3/4 Cup Brown Rice
4 oz. Chicken and Veggies
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Cup Whole Milk
4 oz. Steak Salad
1 slice Ezekiel Bread w/ butter
40g Black Beans
15g Walnuts
1 Scoop Complete Milk Dairy Isolate
1 tsp. Coconut Oil
100mL Half and Half
1/2 Scoop Whole Egg Protein
2 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter
The supplements I will be using:
I'm going to be doing a 4 day split with my reps around 10-12.
