to answer all the questions -
No, I won't be trying 2 scoops of AS. I thought I would, but it is more than strong with just one scoop. I foresee myself spewing during the workout with 2 scoops.
AZ- NO shotgun was/is disgusting. It is the only bottle of any supp that I have GIVEN away because I couldn't finish it. Made me puke during my workout 3 times in a week. That was enough for me. My friend that I gave it to gave it away, and that person ended up throwing it out. It was worse than a fruitcake being re-gifted at xmas.
I think AS is easier to handle than NO shotgun by far. I need about 45 minutes to let my stomach settle, then I am good to go.

2 bottles of T911, and another bottle of AS!
That should keep me covered until I do my 1T run!
I am really tempted to start putting these T911 tabs under my tongue immediately... I'll have to talk to Craig about if he wants me to finish this month with AS solo before I crack into the T911... I hope they let me stack them... I know that is what I am gonna be up to next month!

Friday - Shoulders
Military Press - 135x10x4 sets superset with 45x10x4 sets of Arnold press.
Upright Rows - 95x10, 135x10x3 sets
Single Arm lateral raises - 20x10, 30x10, 35x8
Double arm front delt raises - 20x10, 25x10, 30x8
Rear Delt on cables - 30lbsx10x3 sets
SAT AND SUN - HIIT - 20 minutes on elyptical for 20- 30 second sprints.
Monday-Chest
Incline DB - 75x10, 80x9, 100x6(2 completed with help from spotter), drop to 70x8
Flat DB press - 80x10, 95x6 (don't know why I lost it... think I messed up my timing on my rest periods and jumped into this set too soon), 110x6 (last 2 with help from spotter)
Cable Cross superset with standing cable fly - 80x10/50x10 for 4 sets.
Around the time I was doing my cable work on my chest I could see more striations in my chest than I have ever seen before. I mean, considerably different. Before I usually could just see the edge of my muscle harden and then my upper and lower pec split... but now I can see "fingers" of muscle wrapped across my pec. I haven't shaved my chest in a few weeks either, which is even more impressive to me that I can see such detail. I am obviously losing some serious bodyfat or water, since I COULD NOT see this when I was on mdrol. I weighed in at 198 again! Sweet! Re-comp is where it is at.
I finished the day off with a triple set of push ups, incline, flat and decline - 10 each for 3 sets. I ate the mat on the last set... no more gas. You know you are done working your chest out when you fail to reach 10 push ups afterward.
So the AS is treating me well, I feel exceptionally strong on it and very vascular. The only thing that gets to me is if I drink it too soon before i work out, I get nauseous for about 10 minutes about 20 minutes into the workout. This goes away pretty quickly though... It's managable. I just really need to remember to dose my AS early. My mood has been good lately, even though some things in my life haven't gone as planned. I feel pretty aggressive and confident. I really have to say that this product works, and works a bit differently than most PWO drinks.
Week 2 summary - 1-5
Aggression - 5
Pump - 5
Strength - 4... mdrol makes things feel really light. AS does too, but not quite as much as being on superdrol.
Vascularity - 5 my veins are popping out all over my arms and my chest striations are killer
Attitude - 5. I really want to go to the gym and kill it after my dose of AS.

I agree 100%! quote for quote what i said earlier in my log pretty muchI am extremely stimulant tolerant. I can take 30mg ephedra/200mg caffeine and not be over-stimmed. I attribute this to too much NOxplode and rockstars during my first few years in the gym. Oh well.
But the AS gets to me in a different way... it usually only lasts about 10 minutes for me, but if I don't give the stuff time to settle in my system for about 45 minutes, I get this weird nauseous feeling. Not like being over stimmed, and not like yohimbe... I pretty much think it is the ostole. Never taken it before. It's not debilitating, just a mild nuisance if I have little time before the gym.
