I believe what he is saying is to dose 3 times a day. In your case I believe it would look like this:
Dose #1: When wake up (you wake @ 7am)
Dose #2: Post work out (you workout @ 1130am & it's 4hrs post 1st dose)
Dose #3: About dinner time
Cortisol tends to peak while and post sleep and post working out. This is why you dose before and after a night of sleep and just after working out.
IMO you do not need to worry about things like waiting 10 minutes etc to take Lean FX then waiting 10 minutes to take Protein. Too complicated and you won't know a difference. Just take it all and be done with it.
