Damn CEL and their limited run of M,14ad

Just looking at my workout log heres a few lifts

Base DB Presses 5x6 80lbs
Flat Bench 185lbs 3x4
Leg Extensions 110lbs 4x8
Calf Presses 190lbs 4x10


DB Bench Day 18 4x6 100lbs
FLat Bench Day 22 2x4 1x5 215lbs
Leg Extensions Day 24 4x8 140lbs
Calf Presses Day 24 4x10 240lbs


BTW Day 18 weighed in at under 155lbs
so if i was a 220lber percentage wise it's like me using
145lb for flat DB and Leg extensions with 215lbs.


What Possessed you to make something this good????

Glad I didn't wait and just trusted you guys because I ordered 6 bottles of the limited run the first week. LOL

Thanks and the funny thing is I feel the third week is where it may just really be kicking. I'll see how back and chest goes this week. but Acne and Oily hair have been up in the past couple of days which usually means something is going on.

i'm stuck at 100lbs on DB presses because that's as high as my gym goes but hopefully i'll be back pressing 2plates for sets on friday. :head:
 
How strong is this product for you? I bought 2 bottles just because it was a limited run, its the only PH i own, and i have never used. I simply planned to do one withing a year and a half. Was looking at an h-drol for startin, but now I have this M1,4ADD sittin there lookin at meh.

well you can take a look at the weight i'm pushing above and be the judge.

Just noticed your stats. is that your correct weight 143lbs? if so compare your own DB bench, Flat Bench, and leg extensions and calf presses to the numbers i listed above and you can get a good idea. Hope this helps
