RAG & CRE-02 is that overkill ?

I just got some rag and cre-02 . I was wondering if I could stack them together like this cre-02 on both workout&off days and just the rag on workout-days . or is that too much creatine ? help please .
 
Its not something i've personally tried, but many people take much more creatine than that for years on end with no cycle period...so I don't see why you couldn't :)

Steveo is right also about keeping your senses of stim clean and free :)

You'll really enjoy the caffeine free version. Thats my Ragnarok of choice!

You'll definitely get good strength gains from the Ragnarok...and as far as endurance goes, there are certain compounds that can help, but ultimately your type of training will build your endurance more than anything.

haha been on them for about 3weeks ..
its so crucial mann ..
the pump i get every workout is crazy haha
no joke mann
my friends thinkk im takin somethin else rather than just creatine
haha finally gettin my weight up and my vertical is goin up too !!!!!
and my endurance is crazy on the basketball court

and the RAG does taste just like cotton candy

Thanks for the solid feedback Ice....i'm glad to see all your stats are going up with our products!

For samples you would go to the MST website and there is a link for sample request. Just put what you would like and then allow a little bit for delivery. Don't worry if it isn't there in a few weeks...everyone and their grandmother's husband ask for samples so it takes a bit ;)
