does this guy sound like he should be posting more threads?

My bad im new to this. But i eat about 2.5k calories a day. I been working out for about a year and half. I just recently hit my growth spurt. I didnt know i was going to be this tall. I am very active.

h-drol could add some lbm to you but so could two 1000 calorie shakes a day, one in the morning and one after your workout, try it, thats my advise.

unreal is not trying to be a **** bro, but like unreal and I you are taller then some, and it makes it harder to gain weight to fill out your larger frame, but give it time and alot of food and you will grow.

Can you please cut me some slack..Im new to this. Im tryin to be educated on this stuff and not do anything dumb. Im just asking questions.

no, i answered ur dumb question in ur other thread. like i said, take our advice or stop posting here

Well said.

Savage, out of curiosity, how tall are you exactly and how much do you weigh? Also, you just hit your growth spurt? How old are you?

I may be jumping to conclusions, but it sounds like you're probably too young to be thinking about hdrol or other designers. And I intended to wait until you answered with your height and weight, but regardless of what your answer is, if you're exercising a lot, 2500 cals is NOT going to be enough to put on weight. Not by a long shot.
