Look into Recreate which burns fat 23 different ways and helps you to control your appetite. It actually promotes 'clean eating'; it will help you to stay away from junk foods.

Lean Xtreme is the only product that I have ever used that has affected my appetite.

As for "curbing the craving for food", you can have the cravings, but doesn't mean you have to GIVE in to them! (And don't tell me that it can't be helped; hell, I have a binge eating disorder; but even I can take responsibility for my actions, and say that while binging is a compulsion I feel I cannot control, in reality I let GO of my self control when I 'give in' and binge!)

If you're "craving for food", maybe your body's trying to tell you something (i.e. maybe you're not eating ENOUGH)? Or maybe you need to look to WHY you are craving food, and deal with the root of the problem, instead of the symptom.

Promotes Clean Eating? That shounds interesting...how so?

From the write-up:

"WillPower™ was hypothesized to increase levels of ATP in the hypothalamus, essentially tricking the body into believing adequate levels of energy had been reached, decreasing appetite!"

Furthermore, we found through the beta-testing that people had reduced cravings for 'junk food' (sweets, greasy foods, etc.) and there was decreased appetite.

A very specific extract of this plant was shown to reduce waist size by almost one and a quarter inches in only 8 weeks, while decreasing appetite by 20% as compared to placebo [7]. In addition, those taking the active ingredient reduced consumption of sweets, refined sugars, cholesterol and saturated fats by the conclusion of the study as compared to placebo. At the same time, consumption of fruits, vegetables and fish didn’t change. In other words, it nearly “made” them follow a healthy diet and make better food choices, while also causing them to eat less. The group taking the caralluma lost 1.5 kg (3.3 lb) of fat mass as well, over the course of the study. It has been used for centuries by tribal populations that wished to suppress their appetite. It also has a well established safety record and had shown no serious adverse effects. As far as how it works, it is thought that steroidal glycosides present in the plant may increase ATP in the hypothalamus, potentially “tricking” it into thinking that energy or food intake is sufficient so there is no need to increase appetite [7,8].
