----Anabolic Armageddon: The Peregrination of Trenadrol and M-drol----

Workout: Back
  • Wide-Pro Pullups
  • Sup-Narrow Pulldown
  • DB Row
  • Hammer Row
  • Front Pulldown
  • Drag Curl
  • DB Incline Curl
  • Forearm Pinwheels

Notes:
  • Nothing awesome to report. No sides except for occasional and very mild cramps. I guess I am also sweating more, especially when active relatively soon after a dosing. My pits have been sweating a lot, which didn't happen before cycle. they would obviously sweat, but now they drip down my sides and ****. It's kinda gross.
  • Strength is still creeping. Pullup reps have remained the same through the weight gain. I'm also up to 130 pound DBs for DB Row.
  • Today is day 3 on the M-drol, can't say I've noticed anything, *hopefully* it will kick in by Sunday and take my strength to another level and give me another solid 10 pounds ;)
  • Tomorrow is off, might go in and do abs and traps since I am no longer pulling or squatting.

  • Not much to report, no workout today.
  • Appetite is increasing, it seems. You would think that I would be satisfied with 4k calories, but I just finished my last meal and I am starving.
  • No sides to report. Hoping for none, ever!
  • When do you guys think I'll start noticing the effects of M-drol?
  • Tomorrow morning is shoulders. Hoping they do alright.
 
On my diet previous to this cycle they were the following, according to my Excel spreadsheet:
P- 33
F- 58
C- 2

Now they are:
P- 29
F- 64
C- 2
 
Mdrol never really gave me an "on" feeling. It was more of just some immediate growth the first week and then the weight just got lighter and lighter. Somewhere between the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 ALL my weights went up silly numbers... stuff just felt real light all of a sudden. Different feeling than when I felt stronger on epi... I felt more like "I'm angry... hulk smash" sort of strong on epi, where as on Mdrol it was just like... "Oh sh*t, this is easy." lol.

is that the percent. or what you had eaten each meal?

It's total percentages, so right now my calories are comprised of
29% from protein
64% from fat
2% from carbs
I realize that only totals 95%, but thats how it works out mathematically.

Strength looks way up on back how about other body parts chest legs etc are the weights going up as much as you db rows. or is your back a particular strong point?
 
I'd say the strength increase is proportionally equal throughout.


Oh another question I know you were on a heavy cut before this cycle what was your previous weight before the cut? I'm trying to gauge how much of the weight gain is from memory. overall looks like it's going great any BP issues since adding in the m-drol?

IIRC I was around 205 at the beginning of my cut, but carried more body fat than I do now.

Haven't retaken my BP since I started Mdrol, mainly because I haven't noticed any symptoms of high BP. I'll try to take it tomorrow morning.
 
where are you at on incline db pressess and your pull ups i think you had those two goals right are you on track to make them or exceed them?

Inclines I'm one my way. 10 pounds away.
Pulls ups I'm no where close. My reps have stayed the same, even with the additional weight, though.

Notes:
  • Nothing Major to report aside from being 2 pounds away from 220.
  • Strength is still creeping up, but nothing surprising. I am hoping by Monday the M-drol will have kicked into full gear and I will blast the **** out my workout.
  • Have been noticing more joint problems. My shoulders were fine today, but my knees randomly ache and my hips seem to be grinding a bit. Not too big of a deal, it's bearable.
  • Tomorrow is legs and traps.
  • Sunday is HUGE refeed/carb load. I am hoping to weigh in at 230 on Monday morning ;)

I am going to be starting a massive carb load tonight and continuing until tomorrow night. Plan right now is to surpass 3000g of carbs. I will update this as I eat:
  • 24 Poptarts (will eat tonight)
  • 1 Large Digorno Pizza (will eat tonight)

I'm stuck writing a paper right now, with no time to go back to the store for more carbs.

I may have to go there late tonight and grab another 1k to slam before bed. We'll see. I'm only at about 1100 in the last 20 hours :( :( :(

Just playin'. I kind of understand what you are doing with your diet... Not my style, but you seem to be gaining nicely.

How is everything else on your cycle goin? Would you recommend this cycle to others? Hows the libido... Mine was just dandy on Mdrol, which surprised the hell out of me.

I have enough mdrol to run with my Xtreme Tren... twice! :twisted:
 
My dong is fine, seems to be more active than normal actually.

Trenadrol is great. I would most definitely recommend it to anyone who isn't prone to prolactin problems. Of course, I've only been on it for 4 weeks so perhaps I haven't seen the shutdown that it can cause, but I have not experienced ANY shutdown within these last 4 weeks.

M-drol, I donno. I am only 7 days in. I can't say that I have noticed anything yet, but I have only been dosing with 10mg a day so far. One thing that I have noticed is that since beginning the M-drol my joints have become very dry. I had really bad shoulder aches last night. Honestly, I will be happy if I make it through 3 weeks of M-drol and PCT with no gyno just so I know I can take it in the future without too much to worry about.

bump it to 20 mg for a few days and then 30 mg.... 10 didnt really do much for me.

I pray to the gyno gods at least 3 times a day. I am scared to go to 20mg, I don't think I have the stones to go to 30mg
 
Well I went back to the store and now have 900g carbs sitting in front of me. I am feeling sick just looking at them.
 
I don't think I'm going to make it boys. I just can't eat anymore. If I get up out of bed I feel sick. I will probably end up with around 1500g :(
 
Seems like things went south on m-drol, weight, joints and appetite. The trenadrol was kickin ass.

I think the m-drol is probablly drying him out and that's why weight it down. He was more than likely carrying a huge amount of water. so the weight going down is proablly a good thing overall.

Anyways, I ended up just below 1500g in about 28 hours.
I woke up in th middle of the night with some digestive problems. Not really sure what. It felt like a huge burp would creep up in my chest to the back of my throat but I couldn't get it to come out. Almost like heart burn but without the burn? I donno, it was painful and got worse when I laid down. I had to sleep sitting up for a good hour before it went away.

Not sure what to make of that.

Poptart poisoning is a definite possibility.
They are so hard to resist, though.
The volume to carb ratio is hard to beat.
Considering volume, what else can you get 1200 carbs from for 8 dollars? lol

I will definitely be taking it easy on poptarts next time.

Dude, what I ate was weak. Have you seen some of the refeeds that hard core CKD users use? like 4000 carbs in 28 hours with 22k calories? My shitty weekend was nothing.
