The answer to that one is something that we can not provide you. We can explain what each does and point you in the right direction. We can even tell you exactly what time of day to take what, what to eat/drink with it, and help find a good routine for your goals. But since every one of us is different, what product works best for you may very well be something different from what works for me or the guy posting after me. It's hard to say.
