Any picture results of users of Toco 8 and what it has done to either a regrow hair or thicken existing hair?
 
Ive used the T8 for about 3 months now, it does help with hair quality and growth, among other things. I dont have pics, but I can tell you its worth a try. I hope that helps you.

Invalid Link Removed is quite detailed, real user feedback is important.
 
Like any thing else, you can take less and get the benefits, but I would make sure and take a full dose for at least 10 days. Some days I take a half scoop and some days none. Once you reach a saturation level you may need less. Starting out I used 2 scoops for 30 days. It has replaced my regular vit. E.
