freshman year of highschool i was 5'7" 210lbs 32%bf. bf was taken by a doctor. i need to find a pic from back then.

He ain't short - I'M short - 5'5" 165lbs :lol: Gunning for 173-175lbs on my upcoming hdrol cycle...

BTW - those are some nice calves! I used to blast mine before every workout - like 6-8 sets of very heavy calf raises. I just work them at home now, doing high rep calf raises while in the shower - doesn't work as well, but gotta make use of time wisely these days :run:
 
nicee calves man, i started at 260 in the 30% so i know where ur coming from haha.. im just not at ur point yet
 
killer lats... what kind of workouts did you do for them?
pulldowns, rows, ect. i always let the muscle stretch at the to of the movement and hold the contraction at the bottom. when doing pulldowns or rows the secret is to LATCH ONTO THE BAR (DO NOT SQWEEZE THE BAR JUST LATCH ON) AND PULL DOWN THROUGH YOUR ELBOWS. try to touch your elbows at the bottom of the move. this will ensure you are working all the way down your back. give it a try.
 
I see those calves im doing calf raises all day until mine are that size!!! nice work good job on your pics man major difference congrats!

fkn short guys with their less long limbs which gives lower centre of gravity, easier to lift weights and less length to cover!

takes so long to bulk up when you're tall!

Look at the calf length (short vs. long, high up on the leg).
Those are an awesome set.
IMO people that have the short ones more often than not have the big ones.
 
this is a true inspiration to me...I started out about 2 weeks ago at 5'7 and 220 lbs...I am currently down to 211 and looking to get somewhere between 165-170.....that for sharing....what supps are you taking?

protein, xtend w/ waxy maize and creatine.
i will take some pics after i finish my usplabs asteroid stack. i have gained a few pounds halfway thru my cycle.
 
def fat man calves....no offense. Its good to see someone have alot of determination to change their lifestyle, eating habits, and physique. Props on the good job, you look good. Sometimes guys like you make me want to go all out and gain 50lbs of whatever then do a crazy hard job at cutting back down and see the benefiets...idk its ok to be 'fat' if you have goals to change that :thumbsup:

gotta love the fatman calves. i play football and i am always on my toes which is a hella good calve workout. thats the only workout i get for my claves
 
Could work a bit more on your quads and hams. Calves are solid, and your chest has pretty good development. Nice
