Does nutraplanet use the packaging paper that states what's in the package when shipping overseas?

As in a customs declaration? If so then yes. Although rumor has it that it has been valued lower on occasion , or even market as a gift...

well when i get packages from bbing.com it has a white enclosed in plastic packing list on the box...would prefer a place that didn't do this..

I believe it is international shipping policy to have a customs declaration. Otherwise it won't make it across the border :nono:

What in particular can you not receive in your country? And which country do you live in?

how long is the average shipping take to international orders from nutra planet usually? From bbing.com to spain it takes roughly 5 days...about the same you would say?

Most customers get their packages very quickly. We have lots of UK customers and I hear it takes about that long to get there. On occassion a package might get held up in customs which is beyond our control, but typically people get their packages very quickly. You can search the NP subforum for the term shipping and a bunch of threads with people's experiences will pop up.
